I had the bright idea of having some fun food at a franchise where I've been patronizing for years but this particular location was serving poor service on the buffet. Before I could even order, the cashier was wearing a RBF and attitude to match. I noticed it was packed and many children were eating and having fun but I wasn't going to risk my dinner being ruined with horrible service so we bounced. I showed grace in the moment but better is expected in public establishments.

Went before a presumed dinner rush, salad bar had dressing all over it, the floor looked like it hadn’t been mopped in a while, took my family in and we had to sit at 2 different tables because they were all dirty! Pizza was not bad considering it’s buffet pizza but at 20 percent occupancy they could barely keep pizza coming many items not replaced at all! I could count 7 employees and they were standing around on their phones except one guy who was preparing pizzas with NO GLOVES!!! No excuse for a restaurant to look like this other than pure neglect and that is from what I can see from the dining room only I couldn’t imagine the back!!! my wife couldn’t eat my two younger kids didn't enjoy it either and really only wanted to play at the arcade but only one machine was working. Overall for a family of 5, (my oldest was working) we paid $58 for a buffet with 5 To go cups and this was a bad call I just wanted the kids to reminisce on the simpler times we all enjoyed growing up in the 90s instead it was like walking into a bad dream and it’s a shame! I know the owners will reply to get back to them so they can help but many of the same issues persist throughout the history of reviews and I believe I’m the 3rd this week! So it seems like nothing changes despite. Help this place but help yourselves and pass!

I was very disappointed with the service and how often they put out pizza. They had a full staff but was slow to have pizzas ready. It wasn't crowded at all. I have been there with less staff and crowded, still had better service.

Completely understaffed. I ordered 1 pizza and was charged for 2. The help had no way of understanding how to pt a credit back on my credit card. I was traveling, so i wasn't able to check at the time. It ended up with them now charging me for 3 pizza's. So now I have to open a dispute with my credit card company to resolve it. I will insist that they not pay anything to this establishment. Try to avoid this place.

We got 2 buffets. Not a single person was wearing gloves. Salad was brown looking. Hardly any toppings. Pizza was old. The fresh pizza had no flavor. Cheese sticks were soggy on the bottom. Dining room was a mess. It was the dirtiest CiCi’s I’ve ever visited. I was really looking forward to the visit and had to go out of my way because the old one I went to was closed.

Me and my family came in on tonight(Thursday). The buffet was empty majority of the time. Pizzas were flipping out of the oven. What seems to be the manager had a stank attitude. On top of the buffet being empty it’s was dirty. I won’t be returning no time soon

A pretty standard location for the national pizza buffet chain. The pizza isn't high quality, but it's not bad, and for less than the price of a small pie at most other places, you get all you can eat.Went for dinner on a Monday night. They weren't that busy, but it wasn't empty, either. Understaffed, but the employees that were there were doing their best to keep the buffet stocked, and we never had to wait that long for new pizzas. The dessert offerings were the best, especially the cinnamon rolls and apple cinnamon dessert pizza!

This is a part of a chain of cheap pizza buffet restaurants. The pizza is actually pretty good - they keep a wide variety of pizzas coming out to the buffet, and desserts. It's very greasy. It's not healthy at all, but it's delicious. The kids loved it. They have some pasta, too. Drinks are self serve and the ice was out. The tables were not cleaned. It's not a big place and they have lots of tables shoved into a small area. This one was just sloppy and needed more people who cared about their jobs. I had to wipe down our tables before we sat down to eat.

Greensprings. Food was not as good as it once was at all. The toppings on the pizza were not good, cheap meats. The salad bar looked picked through and not cleaned off. The dessert brownie pizza thingy was good. Service was terrible the employees acted like they didn't want to be there or bothered, except for the lady making the pizzas she was nice. Tables were not cleaned off. The price was $8.99 not including the drink. I don't recommend this place, try it if you like, to each is own ?? They need to bring Pizza Hut buffet back and Pasquale's.
