Ordered 2 giant Italian subs and the guy dressing the sub(Mathew) did an amazing job. Not only was the presentation amazing but when I got home and took a bite. Everything was perfect. The portions were the best I've had since I started going to jersey Mike'

Despite being short-handed with employees. The manager, Stacy, was very calm and professional. I could ask for more when it comes to service. This was also my second time ever eating at Jersey Mike's. My first time was at the Sunrise location inside the Welleby plaza on Oakland & Nob Hill.I will definitely return. My sub was delish.
