It's Friday afternoon of the pizza nightmare. We have a spend the night party for my daughter at the house and decide to order Little Caesars Pizza. They asked if it's for delivery or pickup.. I say delivery. What they don't tell you is that their delivery services by a third party doordash. and they don't tell you that the money you charge thinking it's Little Caesars actually goes to doordash. So we're waiting on our pizza for 3 hours between this I'm calling the store and the person taking my order keeps sending me to another number that just puts me on hold and limitless time. One time I waited for 45 minutes for an answer and then another for 20 minutes before I just went to the store. Unable to get in touch with anybody I go to the store, where they explain that a door dash driver had to check my order out and just decided to keep it. The messed up part is Little Caesars claims they can't give me a refund for my 60 bucks because it's through doordash, which I was never informed would be the deliverer. So here I am 3 hours after my order, $60 down, and still no pizza. THIS is by far the biggest joke and foolery I have ever dealt with from a restaurant!

This place need to be shut down me and my gf ordered a pizza and wings and got food poisoning the next day !!! They only hire kids they never have anything ready I waited 45 minutes for a regular pizza that was suppose to be “HOT AND READY” and it was anything but that ! Please hire mature adults that has some experience in food service industry before you catch a law suit ! I just read a comment from a ex employee about how they don’t rotate there products so I’m guessing I got outdated out of temperature food ……

As far as Little Ceasars goes, it was just like the rest. Mediocre customer service with sub par pizza and the atmosphere could've been better. Last time I was here was about a month ago, and it wasn't too bad, but it could've definitely been better.Next time, I'll cough up a bit of extra money and go to a better place. Weird how every Little Ceasars feels the same: cheap food, cheap service, not worth it.
Whoever made the italian cheese bread today 2/29 around 11:45 am, you did a good job. The guy working the pick up window was nice too. I rarely eat here, but when I do I never have an issue. thanks y'all!

This store is sad. Ex employee. Last week we had a team member overdose on fentanyl, the employee who gave said drug to other(s) still works there. I'm almost sure the general manager rolls a bowl. I would not feed this food to a homeless refugee. Below is a picture of old rotting wings. Because the truck is never put away correctly or rotated.

I could not think of worse customer service if I tried.Ordered online. Said 20-30 minutes. I arrive on time. Pizza isn’t ready. I’m told 10 more minutes. I wait. Ask again. I’m told 10 more minutes. Wait. Ask again. I’m told 10 more minutes. There was so no rhyme or reason given as to why my order kept being pushed down the queue. The kid at the counter, who I’m not sure was old enough to work there, said he was just being told to tell everyone 10 more minutes regardless of how much actual time was left.Just completely unserious and unacceptable behavior.
