Instead of a bmt I may just call it a mayo sandwich. Her bottle exploded mayo and she smashed it like that. I've never been to a subway like that.

I agree with many of the recent reviewers. I am a big fan of Subway, but this location is terrible. They are very stingy with all of the toppings. They intentionally cover the glass so that you cannot see them preparing your sandwich. It is not very clean.

Ordered a turkey sandwich and received a tuna sandwich. I absolutely hate tuna so it just went in the trash. Very disappointed! They need to pay more attention to what they are doing.

The food is great as always. But there are some cons.There's not a lot of dining space.The music and drink machine are a bit loud, so I felt like I needed to shout my order.The table I sat at wasn't clean.I felt like the service was fine, but I ordered a simple footlong sub with ham, so your mileage may vary.

Ok, upon arrival it's fine the coupons only applied to standard subs but one guy walked off on the phone for about a minute.Changed gloves and began my order. Now then the second gentleman got on his phone. He began my order placing the vegetables. The lettuce was browning and at the bottom, ok, I asked are y'all going to change that out but then I got these flimsy end pieces of tomatoes on my sandwich and asked him to take them off. They had mayo on them but he threw them back into the container. Onions, tomato, lettuce were down to a few pieces and not fresh. Plus when did subway start having a big sign covering the glass on the meat portion.......I won't go there again or to subway for a while. The one by me on Clay is way better. I'm not trying to be mean but it was hard for me to understand them so as I was getting upset. I didn't want to keep leaning in for them to repeat themselves so I just said yeah and left.

We eat at Subways fairly frequently but .... Note to self .... Never come to this particular store again! The staff was all around rude to begin with. The 2 servers mumbled when they spoke and couple that with non- native English speakers, I had an extremely difficult time hearing and understanding them. Then half of the showcase was covered so you couldn't see them work. One of the things I like about Subway is 'full disclosure' - you can see everything they are doing. At this shop, it's almost like they're deliberately hiding what they're doing behind the screen. I've not seen this before in Subways. I might add that the sandwiches weren't very good at all. No service with a smile here.

I asked for a pepperoni pizza and a pizza that I customized. Is the pepperoni pizza supposed to be a joke? There are literally two slices of pepperoni cut into two. The worker also said it cost extra for cheese.. what pizza doesn’t come with cheese? My customized pizza is falling apart.

The reviews about them being STINGY WITH TOPPINGS is very true. They gave me one tomato for my 6in chicken sandwich, and when I asked for extra the charged me for it. I heard the lady who made my sand say something to the cashier in her native tongue when I asked for extra tomatoes. Then when he rang me up, he threw the receipt away before I could even see what it was. I asked him for the receipt, he printed out another, and it said extra cheese. LIE. I would go in and confront him but it’s just 79 cents. I’d rather write a review and cease from coming here again. Worst Subway EVER
