Food is good but service is terrible. If you order online do not expect the food to be ready anywhere close to the time you are given. Food was supposed to be ready in 16-21 minutes. I went to pick up 30 minutes after order and the order had not been started. I left . Staff could care less about service.
Placed a future order on a Monday evening. Placed the order at 515 for a 615 pickup. Prepaid online. My husband went to pick it up at 615. It's now 650 and they still haven't made our order. This place is terrible for ordering. No matter the day or time. I'm so upset. Keep saying to myself well maybe it was just a bad day for them but nope, doesn't seem like that as it's a constant. I should have called to cancel it and went elsewhere.
