The food was excellent. However, our waitress didn't pay a great deal of attention to us. We had to flag her down every time we needed something.Plus, the ladies' room was a mess. Two of the stalls were unusable, and water was running on the floor. I know things happen, but someone should be checking on the restrooms.

I haven't been to Cheddars in a while; now I remember why and I won't come back. I ordered the herb-roasted chicken with a side of green beans. The chicken was dry and hard like 3-day old turkey; it was not flavorful or juicy. The "canned" beans were so hard I couldn't eat them. The best part of the meal was the free croissants. Service was so-so; needed to flag down our server to get drink refills and our bill.

We walked in and were greeted and seated promptly. We had a server Tommie he greeted us and NEVWR came back to the table we sat for 13 minutes and didn't even get a glass of water. We knew what we wanted and he just kept walking by us ignoring us..so we left and went to 88 Buffett where we enjoyed our meal and everything about it.

Every time I come back home to Huntsville, I always make it my goal to visit Cheddars as there is not one near me. Yesterday evening I went and sat at the bar, ordered a drink and my food and to my surprise the food was not fresh. Everything tasted like it had been setting up, the chicken breast looked and tasted dry. The rice under the chicken was cold, and the baked potato was also cold. This made me very disappointed to the point I paid and left. I didn’t even bother finishing my drink, and I did think about taking the food to go , and warming it up later. But why would I have to warm up fresh food. The bartenders were very nice and friendly. But the food was not top-tier. Sadly, this will be my last time visiting Cheddars.
After a long day we came in for dinner. The service from the waitress was great. The appetizer fell short the cheddar bacon fries were not good old fries. The salad with my meal was extra and it definitely lacked flavor a bowl of lettuce with miniscule toppings. The t-bone steak dinner was great. The fish dinner was great. And if course the honey butter croissants were Awesome .
If I'd seen the outhouse style filthy bathroom prior to ordering we'd never have eaten there! Spoke to a family member who also had same experience.
