I normally never leave reviews but I hope leaving this review will help spark some changes at this location because I genuinely love Chipotle. I frequent this location often and without fail almost every time I go in they are out of something or I’ll have to wait 10-15 minutes for something to be cooked. Placed a To-go order in the app. Pick up was smooth, but definitely should've checked my order before leaving. I paid for additional toppings to my burrito bowl and didn't receive any. Also was given white rice when I requested brown

This is the most unorganized Chipotle I've ever been to. The line is out the door and they are out of chicken. The managers solution to the issue is to turn the music up so loud that the ppl fixing the food can't hear the customers. When the guy working and the customers ask her to turn it down, she hollers at the guy and the customers. Ppl that don't even work there are running in and put of the kitchen. I will never be back to this location. It's a mess!
