People must love this place because cats were wrapped around the building at 1pm. We went inside, there were 3 workers. We noticed ALL the food was premade and some one was just back there putting it together. There was no heat light on the chicken or the fries. The fries didn't look all done and chicken looked dry sitting out. I wish I had never seen it. I know other places do this but it's much cleaner and you can clearly tell the food is being heated and kept fresher. Noone spoke to us for the entire 11 mins or so that we stood at the counter watching and waiting for service. We finally decided we didn't want the likely cold premade food and we left. The place was dirty inside anyway but we thought we would still give it a chance.... We won't be trying this one again.

The food was ice cold. They would not give me a refund, and then I had to fight with them to give me a refund. They were very rude and had zero customer service skills. Even the other customers were rude when I was trying to explain my situation. I will not come back here again.

In the 3-years I've been eating at this location on Wall-Triana, the food and service has been *consistently excellent*. All the employees are very friendly and helpful! From time to time they will add new items or flavors on the menu. All the items I've tried have been very good. It's rare that I eat at other fast food restaurants, but when I do, I never leave a review because they don't even come close to Jack's for great food and service.

If possible, just head to the one on Hughes Road. This location has good food but poor service. The employees there have awful attitudes. This location is closest to my home so I frequent there. I have literally never had contact with a nice employee. They very seldom make shakes. Either they have no milk or they simply say they aren’t making them. Avoid, go elsewhere.
