I went to this specific location on Sat March 2,2024 at 12:25am...when a drove to the drive thru one one the employees told me it was going to take 25 minutes to receive my food...What I realized is that they were deliberately stalling customers from ordering since they closed at 1:00am...you could here other employees laughing in the background...when I drove to the front of the building a majority of the employees where sitting in the dining area of the restaurant on their cellphones...one employee was standing outside on his cellphone...this is one of the most ridiculously immature and unprofessional establishments I have ever witnessed...I will never return here again...everyone working at the the Krystals at that time needs to be reprimanded

Every time I send my husband to get food from this lousy place, my food always comes back dry and throwd together. I forgot that I had a bad experience and the manager didn't want to replace my order. This location needs to close down. If I can remember, I will NEVER go back to this sorry don't care about the customers place! I bought 24 dry ugly appearance Krystal burgers. Not happy. Close the doors!!!!

Had 4 people, went to go inside. Lobby closed at noon at Saturday. “We’ll just go through the drive thru then”. *23 mins later*- them:”Go head”. Me: “yes, I’d like a numb” Them: “WAIT….Ok, start again” finally get to the window: “pull up” Them: “pull up farther!” (so the sensors can’t tell how long we really waited, 19 mins). Long story short, if you only have a 30min lunch, GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!

They brought the real sunriser back. Basically a sausage egg and cheese on a bun. Got rid of that cheap square sausage and nasty square egg. You have a loyal customer in me now.
While the food and the service was good. This must be one of the older locations which need renovations. The over head celotex was warped and crumbling.
