Angely took my to go order, and also put it together, and brought it to me. She was an absolute delight! Very friendly, great attitude and so efficient! She is a great asset to your establishment! I really enjoyed my meal as well! Will definitely return!Vegetarian options: Great vegetarian options!
Large group of over 30 senior adults whose reservations were in when required were assigned to one server. She did the best she could buy that's a lot of people for one server. Appeared to be poor planning by management. We were not even there at their busiest time. There also were some facility issues: puddles of water in the hallway near restrooms and no toilet paper was visible in the Ladies room.

6+ days ago (to another disappointed visitor) they said "We apologize for the inconvenience with your order. We're committed to improving, and we're confident that we'll exceed your expectations next time. We hope for the opportunity to serve you again soon."Spoilers: they aren't improving. My husband and I both ordered the Logan. When we got our steaks mine was ok, under from the medium rare I ordered but I do occasionally like a Pittsburgh Blue. My husband ordered medium rare as well. His was purple. He never orders a steak that has a chance to survive. Our waitress didn't check our table at all. When she finally came to our table she asked if we wanted boxes. We asked her to fix his steak instead. They brought us back the same pieces of steak we sent. They put this steak back on the grill after it had been at our table for a while. . .My husband took our toddler for a clean diaper and a walk while this steak cooked. I worked on cutting my steak and nibbling the appetizer we ordered. It took at least 15 minutes for the waitress to come back with his steak. The waitress walked off after I checked the first piece of correctly cooked steak. As I cut into the second larger piece I saw a solid red rare steak, but he ordered medium rare. . .Called the waitress back to see what could be done.At this point my husband was back from walking our busy body toddler. He saw the still red meat and sighed the great sigh of disappointment. Our waitress offered to re-recook the steak to "try to get it right". My husband does occasionally eat a rare steak so he said he would just take what he got, at this point he "was hungry and just wanted to eat".The waitress didn't notice or fill my empty glass. . .We ate what we could. My steak was mostly gristle and I wanted to discuss that with the manager when they came by. I thought they would come by. . .You'd expect them to come by, right? The waitress dropped the bill on our table and scurried away. My glass was still empty. There was no visit from the manager. I called for a little tea as she walked away. She didn't hear me. . .I asked a different waitress to grab the manager for me.When the manager did come to the table I got the impression she was in a first time management position. So I asked if the waitress had told her about our steak issue and what the normal policy was for issues like this.I learned you have to send the steak back 3 times before they will cook you a new one.She glared at my husband's plate. He had eaten about 4oz of the steak. 3 of which was cooked to the correct temp. According to her since he ate it she wasn't willing to take it off our check.I'm not asking for a free dinner I'm asking for decent customer service and an acceptable dinner. At this point I mentioned all the things I had experienced, pointed out the wads and wads of gristle on my plate and asked if the manager thought our experience was worth what we were asked to pay.She agreed that our experience wasn't worth that.A manager who supports their staff and wants a good customer experience would have already offered several ways to correct this and I wouldn't have had to pose that question. She wasn't willing to do anything. With the company in bankruptcy and locations closing daily I don't know what I expected. Maybe the surviving locations are surviving for a reason? This location will not make it much longer with this manager on duty. She finally offered to take a little off our bill if I wanted, "but it won't be much". . .I shouldn't have to ask you to reduce the cost of a meal that was barely edible.Even the little country restaurant I worked at wouldn't have served steak like this and wouldn't treat a customer this way. I wasn't happy.I told her "I see how you treat your customers and how you run things here, you can leave"We paid and walked out still a little hungry. We will not be back.Save your money, this place isn't what it was 10 years ago

Went to Logan's for the first time about a year ago. Amazing food and had a great atmosphere my first time. Had family come in for the first time ever visiting Alabama and wanted to show them an amazing time and experience some good food they cannot find back home. Well tonight went a different way unfortunately. The young woman I believe her name was Regan was absolutely amazing as our server. Unfortunately our ribeyes were all way under cooked even when ordering medium rare. I sent the steak back and had it added to the grill for a little longer. I Received the steak back and unfortunately it was just as rare as I sent it back. I don't know if the grill was broke or what but we had 3 steaks get messed up all at the same table. After doing so our table got stared down by who I'm assuming was the cook. The server did an amazing job taking care of us but unfortunately the steaks were not up to par. The sides were amazing but when you dine at a steak house, you don't dine for the sides or the bread. After a $100+ tab and our steaks being cooked to unsatisfactory and the "chef" giving my family uncomfortable glares I do not believe myself or my family and company will not be coming back to this location again any time soon.

Ordered a large take out order for 12 people. Carley was amazing from taking the order, verifying the order and carrying it out to the car. She was incredibly pleasant to work with. Thank you Carley. Well done!

You get what you pay for! Our waiter was phenomenal. The wait time to receive our food was 45min-an hour….the restaurant was not busy. The steaks were tasty and cooked as requested. The sides were very bland.
Good place with great atmosphere and outstanding service from the waitresses. The food is very delicious. It is quite economical.
