TERRIBLE management, the “machine that makes the rolls” was broken. The server failed to notify us of this until after we ordered, didn’t offer a substitute. Steak came out over cooked, they tried to make it right, but it was nearly 30 minutes later, after everyone else was already done eating, before I got it.
