“Last night was my first time trying Big Ed’s. I have saw the place 100x. It wasn’t until a friend invited me that I went. We placed a pick up order. The staff were amazing, so kind, so generous and helpful. They even taste tested the Dr. Pepper for me after trying to get one at other places yesterday every other machine was slightly off and none were drinkable. We had a good laugh about the Dr. Pepper. The wings are amazing. I got the lemon pepper they are a dry rub which they do tell you and that was exactly what I was looking for. The portion size was large enough for more than 2 meals. This place definitely impressed me and I will be back. Great atmosphere, friendly staff , fresh and hot food . I can’t say enough about them ! I hope the workers from last night see this. You all truly made the experience for me.“

“I’m so thrilled to leave a second review for this wonderful restaurant. This was my second time going and again my experience was extremely enjoyable. My server for tonight was Tyler. The manager on duty was Jamie. Jamie your service was top notch. Your recommendation for the pizza I selected was on point. Jamie conversation with you was great in addition to your kind spirit that you displayed. Everyone one that I had an encounter with was so kind and professional. The first element that I always pay close attention to is the level of customer service that any establishment shows. Again, the customer service along with the great food will be my reasons to return. Tonight, I brought my family along for their first time experience. They were thoroughly impressed and they aren’t easily impressed. So, I ordered the highly recommended chocolate chip cookies to go. I’m super excited to try them later. My hats off to Pappos once more. Trust me, I only give compliments when they’re earned plus offer to anyone or any place my suggestions for improvement in a professional manner. I must compliment our waitress Emma who was top notch. She was very attentive and gracious. We certainly will return again to enjoy their very delicious pizza.“

“It's a little hole in the wall pizza shop. They have lots of other yummy options, too. The dining area could use a little TLC and you may have to wait for someone to come to the counter but their pizza is great fresh and I keep going back!

Kid-friendliness: The dining area is not usually busy, so while it's not really kid-friendly, you're not as likely to bother others if you bring kids.“

Tonight was no different, until I got my "buffalo pizza" It had no sauce on it, I asked my son to get some sauce, LISA, told him to go in line a pay (which wouldn't have been a problem but I literally ordered a buffalo pizza and the man about same age as my son in front of him, got LISA to add a whole half topping of arugula to his pizza that was apparently made wrong too) he did not have to pay. So if your Mexican/Hispanic or military watch for LISA the "manager" charging you extra for your original order... Thank you LISA for the extra paid sauce on a cold pizza after waiting in line again on my out of state visit dinner with my son. Top notch experience tonight.“

“Last night, we went to Bravo Italian Kitchen for dinner, and it was delicious. I told my hubby he picked a nice place. I haven't been completely satisfied with a meal in a restaurant in a long time. We left saying we will definitely be back. We had Eggplant Parmesan, Alfredo Chicken, a cup of Lobster Bisque soup, Caesar salad, and bread dipped in seasoned olive oil with iced tea. Of course, we always taste each other's food so we can experience it all. We found a good spot, and the vibe and atmosphere were on point. “We are avid Marcos pizza fans always the best however the last order we submitted was for three pizzas two orders of wings and two lg steak and cheese subs we had our son pick up the order not knowing the complete order and they never gave him our subs we were charged for them but never received them. $22.00 worth of subs never received very frustrating“

“It's a really cool place. All kinds of space and alien related stuff. Good selection of good beer. I tried 8 different beers, they sell flights with 6oz glasses for $2 or $3 a glass. They have food, I didn't try it, it looks good. Service was outstanding!“

This was one of the only restaurants open today, and since we were going a little bit stir crazy we decided to go out to eat for the first time since the ice storm. Marvin encouraged us to come in, was extremely helpful with our questions about the menu, and thanked us multiple times for coming in. BONUS: They had Christian music playing while you dine in with them. If you’re in Huntsville and craving a good thin crust pizza, stop in and say hey to Marvin. I’ll be going back.“

“Went here for the first time yesterday and we did the “skip the line” and sat down and ordered from mobile app. We didn’t realize it auto selected a different location so they never got our order. We waited about 20 mins and asked and they said they don’t know why that happened and apologized and threw in 2 pieces of cake for the trouble. However, we ordered the chicken bacon ranch pizza and a club sandwich and Mac n Cheese and the food was amazing! The customer service was great and we can’t wait to go back!“

“Our order was wrong two weeks ago and since this is a regular place for us to go eat we did tell Wes the manager. Wes made our order today free and it was awesome. We actually had chicken sandwiches instead of chicken salad and we both said it was the best sandwich we have ever had! We also had a pizza that was delicious and shared a piece of caramel cake. The staff is always friendly and helpful and wait times are quick. We definitely will be coming back. It really is our go to place when I don’t want to cook.

“Literally the best pizza I have ever had in my entire life. My husband and I agree that we’ve never had pizza like this anywhere else. It’s genuinely just the best tasting. AND I usually only like super thick, doughy pizzas. This pizza is average thickness and is airy which is a texture I usually hate. But for whatever reason, how ever they make this pizza, it’s actually incredible this way. Idk man. Get the pizza tho.“
