Why is it, that black employees are always at work with a bad spirit or like the customer did something to them? I am a African American women myself, and I am disgusted by my own kind and the way have horrible customer service. Should be happy to even have a occupation. I’m about to start back being rude to them mfs myself or I am about to start calling their manager and letting the manager know how awful their customer service is right there in front of them.
