That is what the chicken in my food looked like. It was absolutely hard as a rock!!! For context, it was like chicken jerky! Had to throw all of my food away! I am sure the person who made my food knew what I was getting!!

I really didn't like the vibe and the lady was rude and drive through for the young girl was anyways and then when she took my car she kept it handed me my receipt and handed me my drink and she kept my card a little bit longer and it made me feel weird so I just locked my card right afterwards and then I tried the new cantina quesadilla meal it was like $13 and wasn't really worth it

Please check your food and bank account before you leave. I was charged twice which my account clearly stated but the manager said it's my bank's fault. I had to go through so much just to get my money back. I will not be going there again.
This restaurant NEVER gives me my correct order; I ordered 3 Doritos locos tacos supreme and neither one had tomatoes nor sour cream. My loaded nachos didn't have red sauce or guacamole. This restaurant won't take my money ever again! Don't go to this place!!

I didn’t get my receipt so I’m not sure his name but I wanted to thank the man working the drive thru tonight! I had just come through at around 10:15 pm and the man at the window was awesome! He was trying to explain to me that y’all ran out of the sauce cups for the side of nacho cheese and I kept misunderstanding him lol I feel a little bad for confusing him ? If you’re reading this, I’m sorry I didn’t understand you and I hope you have a fantastic day! My food was correct, fresh, and delicious! It’s refreshing to meet an employee at a fast food joint that is proud of what they do. Very stand up guy! Thank you, times ten! ????

I was told I had to place an order at the kiosk (not optional) even though I was paying with cash. A gentleman came in after me and the women jumped to help him at the register. I proceeded to the register and stood there for 10 minutes waiting while both women made eye contact with me, but continued playing on their phones, until another guy came in and the jumped again to help him. If all you care about is helping men, you’re in the wrong line of work.
Nearby and tastes like a regular Taco Bell; however, I’ve never been here and not waited at least 30 minutes for my food/ to even order.

Got in the drive thru line at 2:30, there were 5 cars in line. Got to the speaker at 3:00, they asked me to hold. Then 5 minutes later informed me unless it's a door dash order they closed at 3am. I told them, I had been in line since 2:30 and they said "that doesn't matter. It's what time you got to the speaker." As someone who has been eating here 2-3 times a week for lunch. I think it's time to find a new lunch destination near the office.
