“It was our first time visiting and chose catfish fillets that were delicious, the Cole slaw was very tasty. However, the baked potatoes were cold and we never got our hush puppies. The waitress was the only one there so she done her best!Will try them “

“I went to Main Street anticipating that it would be pretty good. It was better than I expected. The service was exceptional. The atmosphere was great! The food was better than I thought it would be. I was somewhat disappointed in the food options in Shelby County, but Main Street Tavern was really great all around. In fact, it is one of two places that is at the top of my list. I had a ribeye and it was fantastic, especially for the price!Parking: The parking in the lot is a bit small, but there is also parking on the street.Kid-friendliness: It might be ok for kids, but it is not the best place for kids. I do not recall there being a good outside area for kids.“

“So I came down to Clanton for a game of disc golf and I always make it a point to find a local grub spot to get some good food! I got the BBQ sundae, and I was sceptical at first. I did it with potato salad and Cole slaw. It was beyond different and delicious! Not to mention the staff here is very friendly and the food comes out fast! “Food was absolutely delicious. Their sauce is top notch. Bought a jar to take home. I had the Pig Wings plate with Mac and cheese and slaw. Mac and cheese I could eat all day long. My wife had the pork potato. Loads of pulled pork toppings. She really enjoyed it. The staff is nice and courteous. Only complaint is NO BEER. I love some brew with my pork.“

“It's my go to place for a hamburger. Best hamburger in town. And I love their bbq baked potato (stuffed baked potato). I order from them a lot through waitrapp.com. They are still able to offer great prices and portion sizes. When they aren't out of banana pudding you better try it. It's amazing.“

The restaurant is clean, the service is prompt and friendly, and you can tell the people in the kitchen know what they’re doing because they’re quiet, focused, and fast. Portion sizes for the dinner combinations are extremely generous!“

“The Calera country side is a beautiful area for a winery. We enjoyed this place although when we went it was a bit crowded and the staff/service wasn’t as friendly and attentive as I’d prefer. Overall the wines were good and we enjoyed the setting. Also have been by as part of the train excursions we’ve been on. Been a while since we’ve visited. Beautiful in both spring and fall. In spring everything is lush and in bloom and green. In fall the leaves are changing. Beautiful Bama country side setting. Look forward to visiting again sometime!“

“Bim Bim was awesome I wanted steamed dumplings and she recommended the SHUMAI (Steamed Shrimp Dumplings). I ordered two servings and a sweet tea to go. Don’t judge them by how they look. lol but they were amazing. Will definitely go back.“

“Small spot with some charm and a nice outdoor seating area. I love the decor and the atmosphere. It feels like a week kept family restaurant. Server was attentive and I ordered Queso Flamadeo and a taco lunch special. Food came out and looked good but "hot plate" was no understatement and I usually get wary. Tacos were pretty plain, the appetizer was good. Over all the tortillas with the exception of the chips could have been more fresh and same for the chopped veg and rice. Still ate my whole meal though and enjoyed the visit. At 4 stars I'd say worth a visit.“
