I've found multiple strandsnof hair that wasn't mine in my food on multiple occasions. On top of that, there was a dying roach on one of the seats and another crawled up on the back of my ankle. ?
Family got food poisoning at this location beginningof February2022, it was the only place we had eaten out in a while. There have been reports of listeria outbreaks from package veggies from certain companies. This can't be the only place. Other wise I've eaten here in the past a few times and didn't have any problems.

I placed an online order. The store messaged me to tell me they did not serve the veggie patties and could make a veggie delight. I declined and asked to cancel the order.The order was not canceled they sent a Lettuce and mayo sandwich when I called again the man was very rude said he would not cancel to take it up with the delivery service.
