I’ve been on “hold” for 23 minutes trying to cancel an order that was “started” over an hour ago and still in the prep phase!!! Initially quoted 43-53 minutes for an order that is now entering the 2 hour mark!!!

Today, I placed an online order. As usual I received a text stating the delivery driver is on the way. I love less than 3 miles from this location. Why did it take 40 minutes to receive my food. I called the establishment to inquire about my delivery. I could hear an employee in the background yelling " It's out for delivery. " Well, it shouldn't take 40 minutes to receive an order. Called again regarding my order, the employee acted like I was the problem. No, your food quality and delivery time is the problem. The recent reviews should tell you management isn't running the establishment properly.

I recently ordered pizza from thos domino's online for carryout. Once I arrived, I stood at the counter waiting for service. After 3 minutes, someone asked the name on the order. I told them and they looked at the done pizza then said, "Its not out yet". Three more times this happened. Fourth five minutes after ordering, (app said 20-30 min) I asked how much longer. They then realized it hadn't been made or placed in the oven yet. Needless to say, I canceled the order and left. They didn't care, apologize, or offer any discount. I'll never visit this location again.

Not sure what happened but store management has gone down the hill.I got my pizza’s and I thankfully checked them to make sure my order was right and everything was right except one pizza. I went around asking for them to just put my toppings I paid for on the pizza. The manager didn’t believe me and requested me to show her the other pizza’s in my car from my order as if I was a liar.Not good management at all.I showed my receipt and pizzas that were correct and it took a little while but I eventually got what I paid for.I understand being short staffed and it taking a little longer to get the food made but it’s very impolite to accuse someone of lying.Not sure I’ll order from this domino’s again.

If I could give this store a ZERO and middle finger that would be my rating & review. This was the worst experience ever. I normally don't even eat at Domino's & never will again. I placed an order @ 6:13pm by 8:24pm I still had not received my order. I had made numerous attempts to call the store & cancel my order but no one would answer the phone in fact several times after being on hold for a lengthy amount of time someone would hang up on me. This happened more than 6 times but my order finally arrived 2 1/2 hours later & was incomplete. They did not include my cheese bread that I paid for so my daughter then had to go up there & wait even longer while they cooked it. I want my money back & I will never order from them again. This was the worst experience I've ever encountered in my entire life

Please! Do not order from here. They have consistently poor service and quality. They WILL NOT answer the phones. The food quality is terrible. This place needs to go out of business.

My husband and I order from Domino’s all the time, but last night was so disappointing, I ordered a pan pizza and this is what I got. Most of the cheese was melted more off the side of the pizza. It was just straight grease. Also took an hour 1/2 to receive.

I don’t totally blame this on the staff actually working in the restaurant. It’s extremely frustrating to place an order for delivery, be called 30 minutes later and told that it’s not started and delivery could take two hours - then switch to carry out, show up to the store 30 minutes later to have wait another half hour because the order still has not been started. Then when I get home the pizza isn’t even cooked through in the middle. Whomever manages this store needs help in a number of ways.

We have ordered from this location multiple times since moving to this area, on two occasions our food took over 3 hours. On a another we got the wrong food, and a different order items were forgotten. Everyone we talk to is nice but something HAS to change. This is ridiculous. Too many mistakes.

2 hour wait for a couple pizzas when the app said it was a 38 minute wait. The pizzas had very little sauce or toppings on it. They didn’t answer their phone when I tried to call the store to make it right.This was the worse experience in a dominoes I have ever had. Which is saying something because I was in a dominoes in downtown Cincinnati once when someone came in and threw their wings at the cook before starting a fist fight because they didn’t cook his wings twice.

Do yourself a favor and order somewhere else. I made a take out order on the app, it said it will be ready in 30 mins. i went to the store after 30 mins, they told me to wait additional 45 mins. I patiently waited for one hour, Then I went to pick up my order just to find my order is not ready yet, the manager was standing outside chatting with someone, one employee was on the phone. Only young employee was working on my order by herself. No one seemed to care that my order is over an hour late.

An hour after delivery was supposed to already be done (eg: my pizza already an hour late), this place has the gall to call me and tell me delivery will take "2 or 3 more hours" and that I need to come pick up the pizza.

Ordered an advanced order well ahead of advance, and when I went to pick-up, they haven't even started making it. I was hosting people, so very inconvenient. Staff never apologized.

I mean, it's dominos so the food is what you'd expect of dominos. The problem is they've become incredibly slow. We're talking 15+ min waiting in the car pick up line without moving. This has happened twice in the last two weeks. Our food was done (according to the pizza tracker) but we didn't get it for some time. My kids love pizza but we'll be going someplace else next time.
