“Well, this place can be a roller coaster. Some times is good, some times is some what. For the high price they charge it should be more consistent. So we ordered 2 boxes of 4 it took 25 minutes to get there and after waiting we were told it is going to take another 20 minutes. So the order we got, not up to the value of $12+ the peanut butter cookies were some thin, some over cooked and some bit chewy not consistent across 4. As for the cookies and creme after waiting 20 minutes on top of the 25 driving for pick up. We were told that they ran out of them. So a complete miss. The only reason I give 4 is because I have come other days and got what I paid, granted the fault is on the staff running the Saturday afternoon shift today.“
“Ok, so apart from the fact that their frozen custard is the CREAMIEST, MOST BUTTERY AND DELICIOUS ever, their staff member, Dawson is absolutely the NICEST, friendliest and most helpful person I've ever encountered in customer service. The place was slammed but he was cheerful and kind and just took everything in his stride with a smile. This young man in truly a pleasure and inspiration, I wish other customer service staff would take a page from his book! Truly an asset to Rita's! Thanks so much Dawson! “/24 Food presentation has improved. Burger continues to be just ehh, fries where still very good. Service was nice, with HassanJ being the order taker, providing good service. Overall the interior was clean but the top of the air conditioning/heating tubes where caked with dust and grimy looking. Glad I did not sit under them. Seems to be improving but it's still only a burger joint. Will try it again in another year...Ehhh... I'm glad I waited for all the madness to die down before attempting to eat there. In all honesty it was OK but nothing spectacular that would make me say I gotta have a Freddy's burger NOW! Food was OK. the hamburger meat, well I can't describe it, but the hamburger looked like it was run over by a deuce and a half. The fries were probably the best thing out of the bag. The Drive through person (ChasityG?) though was very attentive, friendly and helpful. Will I go back, hard to say but it will depend on how hungry or desperate I am. Sorry to burst anyone's bubble.“

“This place was awesome, and the food was absolutely fabulous. It was a little sugary, but if you have a high tolerance, unlike me, you could finish it all they also let you take your cups home I think they may not now because I came here in 2017 on a family trip but this place was awesome and I hope that even if I post this message 7 years later that this place is still doing greatWheelchair accessibility: I believe they have a ramp and ends of the tables that are wheelchair accessible please keep in mind that I am going off of memory from 7 years ago“

“A far as DQ's go this one was pretty good. My order was prepared and served in a very timely manner. Cheeseburger was just like I ordered it, and the fries although not cooked crispy as I asked were good. The physical location was clean and overall it was a good experience. MInd you I havent eatten in a DQ for at least 15 plus years. My last experience was at a DQ in Northern Virginia and it was a HORRIBLE experience. Service was fast and friendly. Thank you.“
