Terrible experience. Didn't even have pizza available. Couldn't even talk to someone at the actual store, it was an answering service who didn't even know what they had available at the store. We ended up not ordering anything from here.

Ordered Pizzas at 8:57 pm from Pizza Hut on Madison Blvd online with a ready time at 9:15. When I arrived the guy said he could not find a record of my order was I sure I ordered from this store I told him yes I was. He looked again and said sorry we can't make any more Pizzas tonight even though the store doesn't close until 10pm. He gave me some stupid answer that they were closing to get ready for Super Bowl Sunday. Why this stupid store doesn't even allow dine in anymore. I always liked pizza hut but will never go to a pizza hut again. If this manager is like all the rest of your store managers I don't know how pizza hut is still open!

The staff were rude and unpleasant. The first person saw me and walked to the back. Second person comes out sees me, no greeting or anything then finally decides to ask "did I have an online order". You shouldn't want people with this kind of attitude working in your establishment. We are all going through things but when you have a job to do, you are supposed to do it to the best of your ability. Only thing good was my pizza.

My delivery took 2 hours and 15 minutes. When I called I was sent to a call center who transferred me to the store...where I waited on hold for over 15 minutes until hung up.

I ordered a pizza and an hour later my order was cancelled. I was then told it was on its was and would be here in 20 minutes. Now its 2 hours later and I'm on hold now for 30 minutes trying to see if it's actually on its way. These people don't know what they're doing.

Lobby never open, no drive thru speaker, I have to tell the guy at the window what my order is.
Ordered a personal pan pizza that was way over sauced and taste was so terrible and overwhelming that i couldn't even eat the pizza. So much sauce that the dough was either uncooked or overpowered by the sauce. I ordered it for my lunch and I wouldve called to get my money back or replacement but they were closed by that

Ordered online and got notification it was ready when I went to pick it up on my lunch break the doors were locked and no cars in the parking lot. When I called the store so I thought I was told that store has problems. How did another location answer the phone for the location I was contacting?!? I’ll stick to dominos on zierdt!
