Went for blasts, online order said blasts weren't available, ordered some burgers anyway and saw the new peanut butter burger, ordered one. Showed up and waited 15 minutes past my pre-order time. Asked the hopper if the blasts were out, she said the manager messed up the menu somehow and I could order them in person if I wanted.... The peanut butter burger that should have come with PEANUT BUTTER, had none. And the blasts that I had to order, after my my initial app order had barely any of the heath toffee and was basically vanilla ice cream. This obvious lack of management or "quality controll" is getting old at this establishment.

I would find another sonic. The workers are trying but they have poor leadership. If you are late as the manage and can't open the store, when you get there, don't send a poor young woman around to tell everyone. That is your job. Not hers. After 27 minutes since ordering and no food, I had to leave. Requested a refund and the manager kept sending the same poor young woman to talk to me. Not her job. Yours.

We submitted our order online in the parking lot at 6:21, got our food over 30 minutes later. Was missing food, had 5 drinks and wasn’t given a drink holder…. But the real deal is, while waiting for our food and watching them make them, we watched the employees smoke in the same area that it got was being made…. I’ll share the full video somewhere else…

It took 10 minutes for the person to come over the speaker. I repeated what I wanted three times. All I wanted was a milkshake and somehow they couldn't comprehend it. Don't waste your time cuz they will surely waste yours.

we ordered 2 Large Cokes w/vanilla. it legit took over 45 mins..WE JUST ORDERED THOSE COKES!! to make things worse we said light ice, and guess what! They didn't put light ice. We look inside sonic and all the employees are just sitting there chilling. INSANELY DISAPPOINTED with this sonic!.

I went to this location with a couple family members and we ordered 3 drinks. 2 out of the 3 drinks were very obviously incorrect by just looking at them. One of the drinks they gave us was a slush (which we did not order any slushes) and the best way to describe the other drink was that it looked like Mr. Grinch pooped in a route 44 cup (that drink was supposed to have peach flavoring and sweet cream, neither of which are neon green). When we told our carhop that 2 of the drinks were incorrect, she handed us the receipt and said “is this not your order?”We looked at the receipt and told her that the receipt was correct, but 2 of the drinks were incorrect. She was doubtful that the drinks were incorrect but FINALLY took them back inside to assumably correct them. However, after we waited almost an additional 10 minutes (we had already been there at least 10-15 minutes waiting on our drinks) and another lady who I assume was the manager came out to our car with the exact same drinks that we sent back. She rudely asked us what was wrong with the drinks and when we told her, she very rudely responded with “well did you taste it?” We told her no, you could tell they were wrong by looking at them. We have ordered the exact same thing many times before and knew that was obviously wrong. She then continued to argue with us and told us “it’s foamy like that because of the sweet cream” and then handed us the drink back, even though we NEVER said anything about it being foamy we only said we knew it was incorrect because it was green and nothing in what we ordered was supposed to be green. We were tired of arguing with her and did not want to cause any problems so we didn’t say anything else about the green drink. She then looked at the other drink and asked what was wrong with it. We told her it was not supposed to be a slush. I guess she couldn’t come up with another excuse as to why WE were wrong about what we ordered, so she took that drink back and corrected it and after another 5 minutes brought it to us. Never once was ANY sort of apology given despite the extremely long wait and wrong items and poor customer service. With the disrespect we were shown I wouldn’t be surprised if they spit in our 1 “corrected” drink.I would like to end by saying the Sonic on County Line Rd in Madison is phenomenal! I’ve always had great service there. I wish this location on highway 72 had a sliver of the service that county line has.

This is by far the slowest fast food place I've been to. I don't blame the employees, because most of the times I've been, they are polite and seem to be doing the best they can. But this place is obviously severely short staffed and also seems to have a lot of technical difficulties. Just went tonight, and many of the stalls were blocked off or out of order. We pulled into an open stall, and waited about 10 minutes after pressing the button to order. It sounded like someone finally got to us and asked what they could get us, so I began ordering, but then got no further response. My order wasn't showing up on the screen either, so maybe the worker on the other end couldn't hear me? Waited a bit, nothing. Tried pressing the red button again and still nothing. Tried getting out of the car and ordering at the outside/patio speaker instead and the exact same thing happened (heard someone speak on the other end, proceeded to order, but then got no further response). It ended up being very stressful and more trouble than it was worth trying to order food, so we just left. Doubt we'll ever be back.

Service is very slow. As a deliverer I also don't like how they don't have anything to close up bags to deliver to customers. I wouldn't want my food or drinks delivered so openly.
