“Great off-the-beaten-path place for a drink and dinner. Their Hot Wings are very good and we like that you can order any number. Husband and I shared a Hamburger Steak with a tossed salad and onion rings. Highly recommend the Hamburger Steak! Food was great. Service was friendly and efficient. We'll be back.“
“If you want home-style southern cooking this is the place to go. Thursday night is fried chicken special. I got a2-piece (you get to choose which pieces) and hush puppies and fried okra with a lemonade. It was very good, especially the chicken. Since it was pi day, and they are known for their pies, I had to get a piece for dessert. I got the strawberry which was good, but tried my friend's peanut butter pie and it was incredible. Our server was Monica and she was awesome. It's a great place and I will be back. They serve Pepsi products“

“This place is small in size but the food is terrific! You order at the counter -- my husband had the 1/2 rack of ribs but it was very meaty so he shared some with me. They were fall off the bone tender and very moist. Seasoned just right with a rub and sauce on the side. I had the small pork BBQ sandwich with a side of potato salad ( not the traditional kind but made with sour cream - loved it!). They offer several BBQ sauce variations, some vinegar based, which I like. Barry, the owner, is my daughter's brother-in-law and she says the hamburgers are the best she's ever had. We're from Cullman but we will definitely make a return trip to try them out! Thanks for a great lunch, Barry!“
“Excellent food! Enjoyed Sunday dinner and will return. Fried chicken, dressing, ands 2 sides were outstanding. Husband liked his bbq ribs. Service was friendly but slow at times. Only negative was eating off Styrofoam plates with plastic forks. Not easy with a chicken breast. ? will be back.“
