As soon as you walk in you’ll immediately smell the fresh and savory food! I wanted to try everything! The owner was very friendly and kind when explaining the menu! He is definitely a master at flavor pairings! I had never had a cactus taco! It was incredible! I’m not a vegetarian, but that taco may have converted me! I can’t wait to come back and try more!Vegetarian options: Cactus taco! Amazing! And the rice and beans are vegetarian as well! So many other options as well!
The food was prepared right before our eyes. They rolled the dough into balls and smashed them into tortillas, and put them on the griddle. They were so fresh and so delicious. The homemade red and green sauce was very tasty. I would highly recommend it to everyone. They are located inside the Liberty gas station in Meridianville.

We've been here a few times in the past week and it's been great every time. It may not seem like much, at the back of a gas station, but don't let that deter you. The service is fantastic and everything is made fresh in-house. The meats are well marinated and everything tasted good.
