My coworker has been craving Hart's for a week now, so I stopped by on my way to work. As soon as I walked in, the staff was super friendly and greeted me warmly. I ordered two 2 piece mixed plates and an order of their amazing Cole slaw for my friend. My order was ready quickly and was fresh and delicious!

We came in at 8:30pm waited for a hour and they said they couldn’t serve us. Because the chicken they was cooking the skin came off. Because they was trying to cook it to fast. Had another customer along with us waiting on shrimp dinner she been in there when we first got there.we got our order first. Not only that they were talking out of character and arguing with one another just plain out of order. Very unprofessional behavior. The whole crew needs to be fired. And get people that care and respect their customers. It’s sad Harts is going down like that. People love Harts .

Pulled up to the drive thru. Waited 10 mins for someone to even take my order. When we got to the window we seen bags sitting on the counter and was wondering if that was ours and how they had it made before we even ordered it. Finally got my order taken got to the window the lady at the window could barely walk so she went to the back very slowly and another 30 mins goes by and I still didnt get my food. While waiting we seen 5 workers doing nothing but getting drinks amd pouring then out after a couple sips. One lady looked like she was doped up on something she was a zombie behind the counter. This place is like those videos you see of those people drugged up not taking orders. Working for nothing but a paycheck. Place was nasty when you look in the drive thru window. I would not recommend anybody come here at all. Avoid this place. Keep going further down dip to the one by bishop state. The lady finally come back to the window grabbed the bag off the counter anf gave it to me. Yes i took it just to see and they was sooooooo nasty. They gave me some food somebody else didn't want and then left it sitting on the counter at the window for over 20 mins. DO NOT SHOP HERE

Went to the Harts on Dauphin Island Parkway and ordered a. 2pc snack dark regular. When I reached home, I quickly realized they gave me spicy. I can’t eat spicy. That was money down the drain. Who wants to patronize a business where they lose money and a meal? No one has time for that. Please double check your orders before giving them to the customer.

My order was wrong . I paid for mixed and they gave me dark. When I called them the lady said bring the chicken back so told them I was to far to come back . She said bring the chicken back tomorrow and they would fix it. Which to me it sound crazy when you pay $28+ for food that you want because you inconvenience your customer with wrong product.

They only got 1 star because I cant give 0 stars. I came here about an hour ago (receipt says 2:39) and this was the worst experience I have ever had. 1st of all, the drive thru cashier (says Hope R on receipt) was rude and I could barely understand her at the speaker. 2nd, I waited in line for close to 30 minutes waiting on the person in front of me. I’m not sure what he ordered but everyone’s food behind him was done before his because I saw the cashier lining the bags up. Because of this, my entire order was COLD!! She didn’t apologize for the wait or anything. I paid $20 for cold food, bad service and an overall inconvenience. These people are horrible at their job, so PLEASE avoid spending your money here.
