They need to better train drive thru employees. Sat in the drive thru and was ignored. Over heard the girl on the intercom say "I don't even know which drive thru I'm on" so we ended up driving off. I guess the girl didn't know how to switch over so she was only taking orders from one lane. It was frustrating especially after having sit there. I dont blame her, but a supervisor or someone should've stepped in to help her.

Although the young workers were very polite and displayed wonderful customer service. However, managers, will you let them know that the cookie toppings for the McFlurries, does not come out of their pockets or from their house.Someone filled my cup with just plain on ice cream, then dumped a few cookie crumbs on top of it, that spilled onto my lap.When I took the McFlurry back to the McDonald's, I was then asked do I want the cookies blended into my ice cream.Isn't it how it should be?! Blended with actually more cookies than ice cream.We have to do right! People are paying $5 for a cup!
