Although the young workers were very polite and displayed wonderful customer service. However, managers, will you let them know that the cookie toppings for the McFlurries, does not come out of their pockets or from their house.Someone filled my cup with just plain on ice cream, then dumped a few cookie crumbs on top of it, that spilled onto my lap.When I took the McFlurry back to the McDonald's, I was then asked do I want the cookies blended into my ice cream.Isn't it how it...read full review

TERRIBLE SERVICE!!! Walked into the lobby to order, and there was at least 3 employees just sitting around in there, and was sitting there the entire time, and wait until we are in the MIDDLE OF ORDERING to "remember" the lobby was closed and told us we had to get out. We decided to do a mobile order with curbside pickup because the drive thru was sooo long, and after waiting 30 min, had to go walk back up to the door to tell the we still have not got our order. I honestly wish I could rate 0 stars. Not only was my food order wrong but my iced caramel coffee tasted horrible. I couldn't taste any caramel and the coffee tasted like it was old. Service was not great either. Go to another McDonalds if you want a correct order, better quality, and better service.
