I was craving some Vietnamese food. I don't remember the last time I had it. With that in mind I decided to look up Vietnamese restaurants. Pot Au Pho was the nearest place to me. I looked at the menu and the medium hue style noodle soup caught my eye. It just looked really enticing. Also I saw that they offered a pork skin roll and that really intrigued me. We drive an hour just to eat here! They have the best vegan options for pho and other veggie food items. The only thing is that sometimes it gets packed fast, so you have to get in where you fit into get a table. Everything is so good though!Vegetarian options: I'm vegan, so they do have vegan pho. They'll also remove the pork from the spring roll and replace it with tofu. It's really good!

If your hours say until 8 then your kitchen shouldn't be closed before that. I haven't seen a restaurant pull that or shut down and mop the floors in front of guests since way before Covid. I love the food, as I've been in the past, but that is so tacky.
