As someone who frequents this establishment, I can attest to the consistent quality of both the food and service. From the fragrant bowl of chicken pho to the hot plate of grilled beef rice, each dish is a testament to the chef's skill and expertise. What I love most is the attention to detail - from the freshness of the herbs to the tenderness of the meat, every element is carefully considered to deliver a truly Vietnamese experience. So whether you're craving a delicious bowl of vermicelli and spring rolls or a hearty plate of broken rice, you can rest easy knowing you're in for a delicious meal. I stumbled upon this quaint Vietnamese restaurant while walking downtown, and what a discovery it was! From the moment I stepped inside, I was greeted by the warm smiles of the staff, who were not only attentive but also genuinely friendly. The place is neat, with ample seating space to accommodate groups of all sizes. I chose their signature dish, the beef pho, and oh my goodness, was I in for a treat! The broth is rich and flavorful, the beef is tender and succulent, and every bite is packed with authentic Vietnamese flavors. What impressed me even more was the attention to detail - from the crispiness of the spring rolls to the freshness of the herbs in the grilled meat vermicelli, it was clear that every ingredient was carefully selected and prepared. exactly. Needless to say, I left the restaurant feeling completely satisfied and already planning my next visit. I can't wait to bring my friends along and introduce them to this hidden gem. Trust me, once you dine here, you'll come back for more!

If your hours say until 8 then your kitchen shouldn't be closed before that. I haven't seen a restaurant pull that or shut down and mop the floors in front of guests since way before Covid. I love the food, as I've been in the past, but that is so tacky.

The food is good I just wish it had more flavor. It’s not a savory taste that sticks with you.

The food that I ordered was hard and over cooked. It took twenty minutes to prepare and the restaurant was drab and unappealing. This was my 1st and last time going there.

I was craving some Vietnamese food. I don't remember the last time I had it. With that in mind I decided to look up Vietnamese restaurants. Pot Au Pho was the nearest place to me. I looked at the menu and the medium hue style noodle soup caught my eye. It just looked really enticing. Also I saw that they offered a pork skin roll and that really intrigued me. I ordered the soup and the pork skin roll. When I got there my food was ready. I got back in my car and the aroma coming from the bag was amazing. I couldn't wait to get home. When I did reach home I was eager to take part in the soup and the roll. I tried the pork skin roll first. It came with a kind of vinegar sauce. The name escape me but it was really good. The roll was excellent. I can't believe and I heard of these before. The hue style noodle soup was so savory. The noodles with the broth, onions, and beef were a perfect combination. I would definitely get this dish again.5 stars.

We drive an hour just to eat here! They have the best vegan options for pho and other veggie food items. The only thing is that sometimes it gets packed fast, so you have to get in where you fit into get a table. Everything is so good though!Vegetarian options: I'm vegan, so they do have vegan pho. They'll also remove the pork from the spring roll and replace it with tofu. It's really good!

Nice friendly atmosphere and quick service.I had a medium P1 (combo pho) hold the meatballs. Great broth, deep and not too salty or sweet. Plenty of cilantro though which may not be your thing (probably what all the “soapy” complaints are about). They give you a lot of fillings and meat compared to the bowl size. Enjoyed it thoroughly.
