The food was so good that we went back the next day. We had fried shrimp and fries.Although I’ve enjoyed the food before, yesterday 3/9/24 was an off day. The shrimp batter was too thick, I couldn’t eat but a few and the okra was fibrous.

I haven't been to the Boiling Pot in a long time. There was one near my house but it was closed down a few years ago. I was out near the Airport boulevard location and decided to make an order.The half fried shrimp poboy seemed like the best idea. I wasn't trying to eat a whole lot. When I got there I only had to wait a few minutes.When I got home the food was still warm. And as I opened the plate I suddenly remembered why I loved the Boiling Pot. Shrimp filled the plate. I knew I wouldn't finish eating all this. The shrimp were perfection. The only blemish I would say were the fries. They seemed like they were overcooked. The fries didn't spoil the meal. I would definitely recommend the shrimp poboy.

This is an amazing place to get a shrimp Po boy. The staff is nice and I will definitely eat there again. The picture of the shrimp Po boy is a large. Bring your appetite.

I'm a bit uneducated on mudbugs. ? We went way out of our way to find crawfish unbeknownst to myself that it wasn't crawdad season:/.. So.. I had to settle for a 1/2 lbs of shrimp and half of a snow crab. To say I was disappointed was an understatement.. the shrimp was seasoned like I would expect crawfish to be.. and it all tasted the same:/ The restaurant wasn't very clean either.. side note: my work partner said the wings and burger were FANTASTIC.

We love the combo meal which includes shrimp and fish. Included is two sides. I always get two gumbo sides, one to eat now & one to carry home for later. Food is hot, fresh, and very tasty.You do eat out of paper products with plastic utensils. So dress causal. Highly recommended.
I had the small platter shrimp with fries and hush puppies and it was delicious. They give you generous portions so it makes two meals.

I have been a customer and my husband was an ex employee that was wrongfully terminated they have cruelAnd unfair management with terrible work conditions. They have employees currently working there that are on drugs and not fit to be handling food.
