Customer service needs retraining. They were out of all drinks and I had to ask for a receipt just for the girl to play on the computer and then say they can’t print any receipt and the food was cold!

I don't know what was going on tonight. I ordered a whopper meal online, after arriving i went through the drive thru. I sat at the prompt maybe 3 minutes and never was greeted or heard a voice. I then pulled forward to the second window where a car was already parked waiting. The male worker came to the window and handed the car its food, they pulled off and i pulled up to the window. The male worker proceeded onto the store towards the back out of sight. I figured he had something to do and would return. But he never did, i could hear him and another voice laughing and conversating, but not coming to the window. I sat waiting well over 5 minutes. I reversed and went back to the prompt and kept saying hello, no answer. So i finally dialed the store number and a female answered. I told her that i was waiting in the drive through for my order that i had paid for. She and the male worker finally come to the window and tell me they are out of whoppers. So i sat in the drive thru almost 20minutes for no reason. Rather than saying they were out, they chose to blatantly ignore me

I pulled up to the drive-thru at 9:15pm on Friday, March 8, 2024. A female voice says “Burger King” only. I said “Hello” in response. She stated with a clear attitude “ I just said Burger King so WHY are you saying hello?”Now I am clear that I don’t need this high calorie, high cholesterol food this late at night, so absolutely refuse to purchase anything from this type of attitude. I drove off.
All the way around needs major improvement.I don't need to say anything more.

Cooperate!!!!!! Whoever worked the drive thru on 01/26/2024 at 6:27 pm (taking orders) not the window worker attitude is horrible!!!!!! An African American young lady with blonde braids and nose piercings..put her in the parking lot to sweep or something because dealing with customers isn’t for her!
