Customer service needs retraining. They were out of all drinks and I had to ask for a receipt just for the girl to play on the computer and then say they can’t print any receipt and the food was cold!
I don't know what was going on tonight. I ordered a whopper meal online, after arriving i went through the drive thru. I sat at the prompt maybe 3 minutes and never was greeted or heard a voice. I then pulled forward to the second window where a car was already parked waiting. The male worker came to the window and handed the car its food, they pulled off and i pulled up to the window.
