It's a given that this chain is struggling in the Montgomery area but that being said, the crew at the drive thru did an outstanding job of being friendly and courteous. Dropping fries so they would be hot in the middle of the afternoon was not asked for but much appreciated. Thank you BK Team.
Customer service was ok but messed up order and didnt Refund the difference and wasn't given a receipt then ha d to wait on redo of shakes and they brought out to us a small shake instead the large ones that were order and they were really nasty with shake dipping all over side of cups and melted down to point of whip cream mixed in cup.. yet charged for large. Not real happy about this incident and will alert others about paying for item and receiving no refund for difference...read full review
