It's a given that this chain is struggling in the Montgomery area but that being said, the crew at the drive thru did an outstanding job of being friendly and courteous. Dropping fries so they would be hot in the middle of the afternoon was not asked for but much appreciated. Thank you BK Team.

Customer service was ok but messed up order and didnt Refund the difference and wasn't given a receipt then ha d to wait on redo of shakes and they brought out to us a small shake instead the large ones that were order and they were really nasty with shake dipping all over side of cups and melted down to point of whip cream mixed in cup.. yet charged for large. Not real happy about this incident and will alert others about paying for item and receiving no refund for difference of item

No soda no coffee for my combo no receipt all with an attitude for no reason. Then when I get to the window not say a word just looking at me like I’ve done something wrong but hasn’t given back my card but when I let her know I need a receipt she’s slamming the machine open clothes and looking at me like that, something that hasn’t been asked by anyone before

The general manager and staff were very professional, nice, kind, and down to earth. My family and I would give them a million stars if we could. Our food was well done and the atmosphere was positive family friendly.
The manager of that location is very good at her job. I come every morning and that beautiful smile of hers is reason enough to put a smile in my heart to start my day. She is there faithfully often by herself but she serves me with a smile regardless. This location has come a long way with better customer service and better quality food and thank you for finally finding someone that really cares and customer service and the business.

Went to my local one got into an argument with the manager because I didn’t move my car up fast enough. I asked for a refund she refused to give me my money back. Had me pull up to a parking space to then yell at me from the window to back up and get my food. She called me bitter and cursed about me to the associate at the window. Out of $30 plus I had to get my food from somewhere else no way I’d feed that to my family. No way to contact anyone at corporate. I’ve never seen anything like this

They dont deserve no stars: I ordered a whopper Jr with cheese no tomato or pickle when I got my order it had no cheese and they put tomato and pickle on it I'm allergic to tomatoes I gave it back to them to fix and they gave it back with still no cheese and also left the onion off it I wanted the onion. So I will never come back to the Ann Street store ever again. I will be calling te corporate office and telling them what happened.
