This location is better than most in town ( my opinion). The employees are friendly and get the orders up in a timely fashion, and get the order correct.

We here to get some chicken for my husband arrival. After I paid, they told me to move up. I asked move up where? You got two spaces and both had a car in it. So I asked for a refund. The lady got mad because I asked for a refund. She started talking loud saying I wanted a refund because I didn't want to wait. But when I asked where to move up, she nor the cashier could say. They looked out the window like they didn't know cars were there in the space provided to wait. So Left and went down the road to another popeyes.

I normally love Popeyes. We came in with a pretty simple order: a chicken sandwich, Mac and cheese with a Diet Coke and an 8 piece nugget with 3 sauces. It was 3:45 pm and only one other car was in line. They were out of Mac and cheese. We had to repeat our order 3-4 times. We get to the window and they have us pull forward. We then had to wait over 10 minutes for our food. When it came out, they forgot the sauces. I came in and waited another 3 minutes for them to get me the 3 sauces. They ended up giving me a bag with 16 sauces. I was expecting the food to be piping hot, since we had to wait 10 minutes. Nope. Very disappointed.

Disgusting bathrooms. Horribly slow and disinterested staff. Limited Menu. Our "fast food" stop during our road trip took 45 minutes to get our food. Absolutely horrible experience.

Zero stars for service employees seem to Only care about drive thru customers as if lobby guest are not important also workers behind the counter wore no gloves and we stood at register for ten minutes no greeting or anything while young cashier takes time talking and flirting with another customer on the side of the counter! Management needs to do better!!! Will never patronize this location again

There is no reason I should be waiting 20 minutes at the drive thru mic to get my order taken. Im literally sitting at the mic & after 20 minutes I just pulled off.The wait time is ridiculous, no matter what time of the day it is. Service is always slow.
