What an amazing experience! The vibe was very chill, good music and friendly servers. The food was very nice and the drinks were very good. I highly recommend everyone to check out this restaurant.Kid-friendliness: My baby had a good time watching his surroundings and listening to music next to us

Family friendly, small kitchen limits menu options but they make it work. Love the weekend entertainment and drink specials.

Nice place! Good beverage selection. Small menu but the food was good. The waitresses need to spend a little less time checking their phones and socializing (No phones at all when working!). It does get loud, so conversation was a bit difficult.

8 years ago my parents took me and my siblings here for a night out and some kid threw a soccer ball at me and broke my collar bone. just remembered that this happened and decided to let people know that it is a sloppy, negligent, and unorganized chaos. food was mid too.

Myself and my friend went to Tipping Point for the first time tonight, and did not have a good experience. The drinks were good, but what I ordered was not. I don’t know what has happen to restaurant etiquette- but it is gone out the window.… I ordered the Tacos that you could get in chicken or pork, I chose pork. When I tasted them they really did not taste right. My friend tasted them as well and smelled one of them and it didn’t smell right. Long story short one of the waitresses that was really nice named Cindy talked to the manager and she came back and told us that he said “There’s nothing wrong with the tacos/meat and everything was made freshly today… basically I could not swap them out for chicken/something else and he would not take them off our ticket (even though I did not eat them). Our total was $65.00 but that’s not that point it could of been $165.00 - the issue is this guy “the owner” sat at the bar the whole time with his back turned drinking his drinks and eating his food and could care less that his customers were not satisfied. Even if he couldn’t replace the meal or take it off the ticket- it’s the fact that he did not care to come over to at least explain or make sure we were okay and understood what was going on, his attitude was like “oh I could care less if they come back or not”. For somebody to spend that much money in your restaurant and for you to act like that is horrible. And to also see him “the owner” greeting “other” customers and bringing their drinks over showed me who was important. Also the chips were wilted down that had been given to me and I had to get a knew bag. Besides Cindy who was concerned about us and had good customer service and was not the owner, the overall experience was not good.

I had an amazing time at this bar! The drinks were top-notch, and the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and well taken care of. The bartenders knew their craft, and the cocktails they made were simply outstanding. It's not just a bar; it's an experience. I'll definitely be back for more great drinks and the warm atmosphere created by the fantastic staff.Kid-friendliness: Kids all over living their best life. Fun, games and tag!Wheelchair accessibility: They had a perfect built ramp for easy access instead of stairs.

Since I’m moving to the Hampstead community in a couple months, I went to submit some stuff to the office and decided to try this restaurant. I had my baby in his stroller, there’s no ramp so I carried the stroller up the stairs. When I got inside, there was no one and they just opened. I stood there a few minutes and no one acknowledge me standing there or even said, “be with you in a minute.” Three employees seen me and looked at me and didn’t even say anything. I finally asked if they were open (even though I seen they opened at 4pm and it was 4:05pm) and they ignored me. I stood there a couple more minutes absolutely flabbergasted and then asked again if they’re open. The older man said “yes,” and then continued doing whatever he was doing and didn’t ask if I want anything or nothing. Noticing all of the employees were white and me as a mixed girl (black and white) I felt like people of color aren’t welcome. It felt very strange. I guess they don’t like making money. I’m someone who would’ve been there everyday spending money if I had a good experience since it’s walking distance from where I’ll live. Oh well.Wheelchair accessibility: None

Horrendous, rude waiter om Saturday 10/28/23, serving the area by the SPORTS TV, and the couches. Have never been so insulted and mistreated. Never going back. I was told they didn't serve wings because it wasn't a sports bar, all the while playing the Wisconsin and Ohio State game on an 85" screen...I innocently asked what was that, a Martha Steward show, and he very rudely stated that they play sports at nail salons....wonnder where he he gets his nails done. Never seen thi s , ever!....I have no idea where ???? Gets it's paws done, but definently not anywhere I have ever had my nails done at. Terrible experience when your writer is allowed to speak to costumers like that. Never again going there. 2 nights ago we dropped $200 plus tip. Today, just 2 drinks and tip went to the awesome and polite bartender.
