Bang bang quesadilla with shrimp was terrific. Do not remove from menu!

The most unfriendly experience I’ve had is years.Have to order online, no real wait staff and the ones I interacted with were rude. Will never be back.

Friday afternoon of The Masters. Arrive a little before 4:00. There were a total of seven customers there. My table of five outside and two people inside. We asked of they could turn the Masters on the TV outside. We were told they don't show sports on their TV's. This is not true because I have watched college football there. Five of their seven customers simply wanted to watch golf (sound off) for an hour or so and were refused. Not sure where people have missed the "service" aspect of being in the service industry. Will not be back.

This location is one of my go-to spots for happy hour, but it's also a great option for a casual dinner with a group of friends. The staff are always very friendly and accommodating, even when they're busy. The cocktail menu changes seasonally, and I haven't had a bad drink yet!

Great service but u couldn’t find the door at first! They really need a sign out front!

Good spot.. I did not like that they hosted a private event and it seemed like the patrons were supposed to be outside but they stayed indoors the whole time being loud and obnoxious.. also this link seems to be dead because at first I thought this location only served pizza. Toast tab at the restaurant was being buggy.

Carrigans downtown is awesome. Carrigans mountain Brook is not so awesome. Usually 1 bar tender (not friendly) and one girl working who doesn't take orders/answer questions/help with anything? (Also, not very friendly). We love taking work people to the down town location but 2/10 would not recommend visiting this location. Step it up over there

Unsurprisingly, comfort food is comforting: I got the corn dog (dressed up with all sorts of hip condiments) and fries, and my wife and I shared pub fries (fries, vegan chili, hipster ranch, queso, some other stuff). The fries were good and the rest of the meal was OK. The music was a little loud, and it was kind of tough to carry on a conversation. It's also a little pricey. Ordering and checking out was good, though--they use the Toast app, so we were able to order on our phones (which seriously reduced the likelihood of getting the order wrong) and then check out with a couple of taps. There was no waiting for a server to take our order, bring our check, etc.

Great cocktails, tasty bar food.Completely on-phone menu and ordering is wonky but after a bit is quick and easy.Perfect place for a first date or night out with small groups of friends.

I went in there with a friend recently after eating dinner upstairs. There was a fairly major Braves game on, and as all the TVs were on the same channel, we asked if they could turn it on. After all, there was an open TV that only us could have been positioned in front of. The 5 people at the bar and 2 outside wouldn't have cared. The two staff members sitting at a customer table may have however despite having been able to see multiple TVs (which again were on the same channel). They proceeded to tell me that it was "movie season", and they weren't changing any channels. Pathetic customer service. We walked out. Hopefully management will see some of the customer service related reviews here because this place will die with the way things are going.

The Old fashioned was awesome. The spicy chicken nachos were delicious. Service was super chill and fast. And the QR code ordering system is a brilliant idea. Great experience.

Terrible service. And very mediocre food. Me and two friends went to Carrigan's in Mountain Brook for good food and a few drinks. The restaurant was totally empty on a Saturday night at 8 except for a few small groups on the patio. Our server and the rest of the employees at the front of the house could have cared less and that we were there. We had to ask our server to come take our food order. I could go on and on about the terrible service but I won't for time's sake. We all ordered the corndog and a friend and I split the Mac and cheese. I've been to the Carrigan's downtown and have gotten the corndog a few times and it was great. Not this go around. It was obvious they made food ahead of time and microwaved it. The breading on the corndog was soggy. The Mac and cheese was so dry. Again, they had obviously made it before hand and stuck it back in the oven to reheat. We were practically pushed out the door well before closing. You'd think during a time like this they would have loved our business, especially given how slow it was, but obviously not. They just wanted to close up and finish watching the Alabama game. And on top of that, my bill came out to $64 for one person! I ordered $20 worth of food which must have meant the two glasses of wine I got were $15 each (alcohol prices are not revealed on the menu). Ridiculous for this type of restaurant.
