This chain is my go-to for lunch. Got a New York Steamer here and in each bite part of the meat was hot and part of it was literally refrigerator-cold. Never had that happen at any other location in numerous states. The employees at this location aren't preparing the sandwich correctly and should be retrained.

WOW OH WOW!!!! Have been hearing all the hype about firehouse so we tried it today!!! New favorite sandwich shop!! The service was great and fast!!! Very friendly staff. Clean restrooms and lobby was clean and cool. The food was phenomenal!!! I got the Kings Hawaiian and my wife got a turkey bacon ranch. The manager even came by and asked us how everything was AND she picked up our trash!!! We can’t wait to go back!!!
