Came up to drive thru employee said the system was down said I would have to come in an order, no problem so I went inside ordered just to be told they don't accept cash only credit card.it's sad when real cash money is no good. I left went next door to Guthries there drive thru works an cash money can be spent there. So if you want firehouse in Northport just change your mind an ho to guthries

Horrible service, this is the second time we've had to leave after waiting in line for 20 minutes and still not getting to order. The seating area was dirty and no one in charge. Plenty of workers but not many working. The guy at the register could not keep his hands out of his hair.

2 weeks ago --- Only drink options - sweet and unsweet tea. Ice machine anddrink dispensing unit not working. Staff provided ice for tea from the back - 5-6 cubes per cup.Ordered tuna footlong - the amount of tuna salad was disappointing .. had to peel back the lettuce, tomato, and cheese to find it. Maybe 1 teaspoon of tuna.This was my first visit to your franchise. Will be last.

Walked in to order and it was at least 10 minutes before anyone came to take my order I was the only customer there After 10 minutes finally acknowledged me and said I’ll be with you in a minute Another 5 minutes before my order was took. 25 minutes later my order still wasn’t ready I finally politely asked for my money back and they did do that without a hassle In total 40 minutes wasted and didn’t get food Only a couple pick up orders came in when I was there so they were not that busy Will not be back there
Honestly the worst sandwiches I've ever had, I spent 48 dollars on hot subs and everything was soggy my soup was cold ❄️ subway is way better than this.i was supposed to have onions on my sandwich and guess what?? there wasn't any!!I haven't ate the sandwich yet I'm bringing it back when they open up in the morning and getting it remade or a refund for my whole order this is just ridiculous!!!

WOW OH WOW!!!! Have been hearing all the hype about firehouse so we tried it today!!! New favorite sandwich shop!! The service was great and fast!!! Very friendly staff. Clean restrooms and lobby was clean and cool. The food was phenomenal!!! I got the Kings Hawaiian and my wife got a turkey bacon ranch. The manager even came by and asked us how everything was AND she picked up our trash!!! We can’t wait to go back!!!

If it’s hot enough out there for you, the A/C is heaven sent, the drink machine is a modern marvel of bottomless flavor, and the well kept bathroom is usually free. Whether you have the munchies or you have been working since the crack of dawn nothing hits the digestive tract like a good American sandwich. Come one, come all, just be careful turning into the parking lot.

Visited this store Friday evening 09/22/23, after a long ride from out of town, was hungry and thought FireHouse would hit the spot. Walked in, there were several people at a table waiting on food, there was one other person standing near the counter. I waited in line behind the one person for 10 minutes, and no employee ever came to the counter or acknowledged that we were there. There were 3 employees in the back prepping food, and another that walked in and out from the back a few times, but no one ever came to the counter. I gave up and went somewhere else.
