“Attention span of some servers need work for how little people were in the restaurant to how slow our drinks were given attention. But that can improve with work. Food was fresh and good..but the tomatoes were not cored so biting into hard stem was gross. Pla tell them to core the tomatoes whether fried green or on my burger both were not cored.“
“We spoke with Jill and she put together a great meal of sliced chicken, pulled pork, coleslaw, baked beans, potato salad, banana pudding and all the fixins for a Shriner Event for 70 people in Pell City. They delivered on time set up everything up and we had nothing but complements on the food all night. Great people to work with Highly recommend.“
“We had a very lovely server named Veronica or Victoria (so sorry I forgot the name on the way home). She was very nice and made the service feel personal. She took care of all our needs before we even had to ask. She recommended some items I've never tried and even made sure I liked it! She deserves a raise and promotion! She made me feel like I made a friend. Probably the best service I've ever had! Also I'm glad to see that the portions are back to normal. There for a while they seemed small. Thanks for the great service girl and keep it up! Managers should be proud of this one!“
“Ordered the Philly Cheesesteak Loaded Tots.....they were delicious !!!! Ask for the Sweet Mango Habanero Sauce.....worth the extra 50 cents !!!!If you order online anything over $25 you have to pay online, did not like that. Also my order was over $40 and I only got 10 points. Someone needs to adjust that for sure !!!! It should be 1 point for every dollar spent !!!! Everything is alot higher right now, so being rewarded for spending our hard-earned money at your business would show your appreciation in a tangible way !!!!Think about it.P.S. The parking and in and out situation is not easy to navigate !!!!“

“I only give a 4 star instead of a 5 because of the experience I had with the cashier I had. I came in on March 17th around 6:04pm, & as I was ordering mine & my husbands to go order, I couldn’t really hear what the cashier was saying, as she was very soft spoken & it was loud in the restaurant from people & the kitchen, so I had to kindly ask multiple times what she had said since I couldn’t hear her, but she got very irritated with me, which I can understand it’s annoying to have to repeat yourself, but in customer service, you shouldn’t show your frustration to your customers, especially directed towards them. I also had asked for some fry seasoning on the side, & she looked at me like I was d*** & asked “fry seasoning?” Like she didn’t know what it was. But I remained kind & explained to her what I meant by fry seasoning. I don’t appreciate having someone make me feel d*** for asking a question in customer service. Other than this experience with this cashier, our food was great & correct. The person who handed me my food was very kind & attentive & I believe the manager who I spoke to last was also very kind & attentive.“

“I recently posted a bad review and I want to recant that. After ordering a pizza on a busy cold night , 2hrs after the pizza got there it was cold. Of course it had only left the store for 20 mins. Then I could not get in touch with anyone. So I was upset. It was a cold and busy night. After reading other reviews and seeing the response of the store owner commenting on every single one good or bad. Apologizing with an explanation on the bad ones. Not only did he respond to mine but he called me. Apologizing. Explain how Domino's work. They take pride in making our pizza. Sometimes things happen. Like I said it was freezing cold that night and they were extremely busy. Not only did he offer his apology but he said next time it was on him. He gave me his personal num. And thats what its really about. I immediately took my bad review down and from now on I will think about whats going on.“
