This place is very inconsistent.I noticed when kids are working in there your gonna get bad food and service.Then I noticed when the manager is there everything is excellent,like 5 stars.Unfortunatly the school kids don't care how your food or order is,they just there for a check and it's very obvious.I won't be coming back sadly so no need to respond to this review.

Came through the drive thru ordered 4 3 piece chicken tender dinners and a chicken sandwich for me my wife and kids after the soccer game. Arrived home to only 3 meals and 5 tenders total. Tried calling the store it rings once and hangs up. This location is just as bad as the argo location.

Food is great, my girlfriend has been getting me to try different foods at this restaurant and it’s been a treat, but there’s a lot of arguing and yelling in the back and quite a few workers harassing both customers and other coworkers and it really just ruins the mood. I’ve never seen it this bad before at a restaurant and think someone should really step in and do something about it.

My son and I occasionally enjoy dining in to "get out" of the house. He loves the rocky mountain fudge shake and I love the cookies.Also I always get the 4 piece chicken tender meal and give one to my cat bc he deserves it more than I do.

It never seems to fail when I go to the drive-thru of this establishment that one of two things happens. Either something is left off my order or something with my food is prepared incorrectly. I'm not trying to be harsh but consistently this establishment does not seem to have a consistent standard in either one of the fields I am speaking about today. I'm usually not one to complain or write a harsh or undeserving review as I know we all make mistakes from time to time but everytime?

Tonight I went through the drive thru to get me & my family a Cookie & Cream milkshake, it was brought right out to us by the sweetest young man named Jadun. Honestly the most polite & professional young man I have dealt with at Jacks in a long time. Thank you Jadun for the amazing milk shakes.
