I love Bo but something has to give at this location... it is by far the slowest, they're always out of something, and the entire place reeks of weed to the point they must be smoking it INSIDE.Corporate SERIOUSLY needs to do a surprise visit of this store!

Great restaurant, the staff is always accommodating when I go inside and ask for my two grilled chicken sandwich combos with fries with no salt at lunchtime. The only suggestion would be to put the lettuce on the side because placing freshly hot grilled chicken on cold lettuce turns it into hot spinach, and I have to take it off everytime but other than that it's good.

Absolute disgrace!Employees have been smoking dope (smell & obvious). They can’t answer any questions we had concerning the products they’re selling. They had their pants sagging with their butts hanging out around the food they’re preparing! This is the generation that is next to run this world! Absolutely absurd & I’ll never spend my money hard earned money in this establishment!! Even more the management is poor because they either don’t care or they’re not doing their jobs to be aware!!

Heard about this place and made it a must to visit on my first trip to the south.Nothing wrong with the food. They have mostly fried chicken sandwiches and biscuits w/ fixings. Its good but no wow factor.

DONT EAT DINNER THERE ! This morning I came to get a chicken biscuit with pimento cheese best biscute i ever had. I was telling my 80 year old patient about it. So that's what she wanted for dinner. So I took her to get one an they gave us spicy chicken, biscute was hard, an we were very disappointed. Awful. Never order breakfast for dinner, cause it been setting there since breakfast.

Consistent with other Bojangles’ visited; however the biscuit was half the height. It was as though this store was stretching the product. Both halves of the biscuit was paper thin.

Yesterday for lunch I went to the Opelika Bojangles, I got a 3 piece thigh meal. After u got situated I opened the chicken and it was RAW. I had made it back to work so I called the store back but I got no answer. I tried and tried and still got no answer. I don't know if the workers were rushing to get off work, but getting someone sick shouldn't be the answer. I tried all morning to contact them and still no answer. So I went back to the store with the raw food and I was ignored. I didn't have much of a break to begin with and I paid good money for food that was not safe to eat and got ignored when they were called out on it. If I would rate it a negative I would. Don't eat here, you will get deathly ill. Order at your own risk

Chicken tenders must of come from Bitties or they take one tender and make 3 for your order. I have never seen such small chicken tenders. Shrinkflation much! Taste was great but not worth the joke when you open your box and see what's inside. Won't be back ?

It is advertised that they close at 7:00 pm. I pulled up to the speaker box at 5:30 pm and no one said anything. I drove off and saw 2 workers sitting at the table inside. The one worker with the headset on looked right at me as I drove off.

I cannot reccomend this store because I came at normal business hours and they were closed. I was told this store has only 2 employees and they close after they they feel they have worked enough for the day. I dont fault the employees but if they can staff the place next door and keep that place going then why can't bojangles?
