Had to go to the bar to order. Drinks are now self serve along with cleaning up after yourself.

3 p.m. on a Saturday. Missing ingredients for my pizza, out of half of the sodas, dirty tables, and lipstick on both of our water glasses that we didn't discovery till after drinking some, only two people working.A failure of ownership more than the employees. Low of stock and employees on a Saturday afternoon, right before Christmas, is a sign of a failing business. The results of employees being stretched too thin shows first in cleanliness.I suggest passing this business for one whose owners do their job.

We had a wonderful pizza, as always. Other more formal dishes, well, flavor is stii fine, but they used to serve better foods. Service is problematic. The staff are nice and polite, but the system is not working. They need a decent manager.

Never got our pizza after waiting an hour it was gave to someone else. We over heard the woman saying this no one even told us. Then we were only refunded for the pizza after the wait and not getting our food the meal should have been comped. Idk why it's so cold in this

The lady at the counter was not truthful and gave our pizza away and then only proceeded to tell the other couple about the pizza swap up, but we were sitting next to them and nothing. No comments to us after waiting an hour for dinner. They were not busy at all, and the same person up front. Wish we had tasted the pizza but we won't be back.

How do you make chicken Alfredo taste like water. The bread was delicious. The chicken Alfredo tasted like water, salt and pepper couldn’t even help that, not to mention we had to wait on it just for it to be freezing cold. There was also CHUNKS of mold in the ice tray where you fix your drinks. Not to mention we split our check between 2 people and it was expensive. The staff was really nice though

My recent visit to Brick Oven Pizza was a flavorful experience, thanks to the fantastic food they served? I ordered the Brick Oven Classic pizza (half without black olives) and the Buffalo chicken calzones, both of which were absolutely amazing.?The Brick Oven Classic pizza had that delightful taste you'd expect from a traditional brick oven, with the perfect balance of cheese, sauce, and toppings. The exclusion of black olives was accommodated without any issues, making it exactly as I desired The Buffalo chicken calzones were a delightful surprise, bursting with flavor and the right amount of spiciness. The fillings were generous, and the calzones were cooked to perfection❣️However, the dining experience was slightly marred by some issues. The utensils, particularly the fork and knife, were not as clean as they should have been. This hygiene concern needs immediate attention. Additionally, the plates were plastic and showed significant signs of wear and tear with scratches. Upgrading to better-quality tableware would significantly enhance the dining experience. In conclusion, Brick Oven Pizza's food deserves praise for its deliciousness, and I'm more than happy with the flavors. With some improvements in the cleanliness of utensils and upgrading the plates, this place could easily reach a five-star rating. I'll be returning, hoping to see these issues addressed.

Pizza had no taste, service was very slow. Honestly Papa John’s is 10x better and cheaper.

Our order took entirely too long, pizza was sloppily made, and the black guy in the back making pizzas was CLEARLY drunk and inebriated.

Tried to go on Saturday at 7:50 and they would not accept our dine-in order. They close at 9 and had plenty of seats. I am sure being home football they were busy but they could have posted they quit serving and they didn’t have to be rude! Pizzas are $34, calzones $15… for those prices I would expect manners.

Definitely 4/5. It took about 20-25 minutes for our food to come out and it wasn’t very busy BUT the pizza was delicious. Worth the wait.

I come here all the time i have some personal favorites; the cheese bread and buffalo chicken dip are the best appetizers you can get in tiger town. Now for the pastas i love their homemade Alfredo and i couldn't decide which pizza is the best but my runner ups are the brick oven classic and pepperoni pineapple and now for calzones the buffalo chicken calzone is like nothing else you can get in auburn/opelika. Love this place!!!
