It was delicious no questions asked but inside seems a little smokey but not too bad. My issue was the menu on the wall really didn't have much choices ?. I haven't been here often so I'm not sure exactly what all they have or if the wall was it. I've never eaten at a firehouse subs but decided to try them tonight because it's the one thing I haven't eaten a million times.Placed order online and knew I'd have to go pick up my order from the "fire station box "."My cup was gross, it had crumbs, food, and something else inside it. I asked for a new cup, and the lady at the counter gave me one but looked at me like I was trying to get a free drink.Then my chips weren't in my bag, went back in and grabbed a box that had chips and a cookie and asked if this was right because I didn't order a cookie, the lady told me I had to grab my own chips, again not a big deal but if you've never eaten there you don't really know what's going on.The actual food was gross - both sandwiches were supposed to be tosted. Both were warm ish from the meat, but the bread was not tosted. Just overall, I wouldn't eat here again.
