The staff went above and beyond to ensure we had a memorable dining experience.The menu offered a wide variety of options, and we were delighted by the diverse selection of dishes available. When it came time to order, our server was not only attentive but also knowledgeable about the menu. I asked for a recommendation, and she suggested the strawberry cheesecake pancakes with eggs, a meat and a side. Let me tell you, they were absolutely divine! Each bite was a burst of flavor, and I couldn’t get enough.Overall, our visit to The Gulf Shores Diner is now one of my new favorite places. The combination of exceptional service and delectable food made for an unforgettable dining experience. I can’t wait to return and explore more of their menu. Highly recommended!“
“Exactly what you hope for when you stop in at a local diner - good food and good service.I stopped by for breakfast after a morning workout. I was seated immediately and my server had my order just a few minutes later. I thought the food was excellent and saw many other plates that came out that looked equally good. It’s definitely worth stopping by and checking out.“

“In Orange Beach on vacation looking for dinner with a couple hungry kids, all the “normal” dinner places right here in walking distance were full up with an hour wait but low and behold the Waffle House was empty and we sat immediately. The hostess/waitress/cook was the most wonderful and helpful server I have had in years. I can’t tell you how much fun the kids had having breakfast for dinner and our waitress made the whole time so memorable.Kid-friendliness: They catered to my kids - wonderful“
“This is the best Waffle House I have ever eaten at! The server was kind, courteous, and great at her job-Milisa was her name I do believe. The bacon was cooked perfect-done but still soft. They were very busy. We were seated with very little wait and our food was out in just a few minutes. Thanks for all the hard work-great team work at this waffle house!“
“We came in after a slumber party with 5, eight year old girls and 3 mamas! The workers AND guests were incredibly sweet! We needed 2 booths and a man generously said he was practically done and gave up his booth by a vacant one, and we chatted for a bit before he left. The service was great! He got all the moms and girls orders fast, correct, and did so with the most accommodating attitude! Definitely the BEST experience at a Waffle House I’ve had in years!Kid-friendliness: The staff were so sweet with our group of girls and were very personable!“
“I didn’t expect this little place to get in my top 5 favorite restaurants but I was more than pleasantly surprised. The servers were great and very accommodating. Someone spilled a pitcher of water and the way they went about cleaning and dealing with it showed they were better than 99.9% of servers out there.And that is just the cherry on top. The food was amazing for a buffet style restaurant, it was amazing compared to non buffet style restaurants.I honestly thought about moving to orange beach just so I could eat there everyday.“
