“"The Page" as locals know it has been around several decades! It's on that little sliver of land where Weatherly Road meets the Parkway on the NE corner and yeah, it's a dive. I say dive in the best definition of a dive. You don't go here for high brow fancy cocktails or 5 course prix fixed meals or white tables cloths. You go to hear rock music, eat French fries and drink cold beers and highballs! And to see my sorority sister Dion who has worked there forever and has the brightest smile! The bands are good, there's not much covered charge if any, and there's a full sized stage and room to shake your groove thing if you are so inclined, or 4-tops if you're not! Yes the roof may leak and yes, barrels may collect errant rainwater inside but that's on the owner of the building not the owner of the business so don't wear your fancy shoes (you've been warned). The Internets are raving about their food here since they serve lunch and more and have daily specials including a ribeye. I can only speak to the French fries and they are good! You are missing out on a slice of Huntsville if you don't visit the Page and please check their socials for their band schedule and leave your fancy shoes at home!“

“I am absolutely begging you not to discontinue the Pot Roast. It's literally the best I've ever had. And to be honest, I don't eat wings or most other items at your restaurant. But my family loves to eat there. If you discontinue the pot roast, I won't have any options to order, so unfortunately we will stop eating there. Our server said it's such a shame because it's one of your best sellers. Please, Please reconsider. If not, I would love the recipe so I can attempt it at home. Thank you.“

“We've never had a bad meal in this place. Absolutely love the service, the bar staff is very attentive and responsive! The ambiance is like your very own little sports bar...THIS PLACE IS GREAT and we enjoyed our evening here; will definitely make it a regular spot for us!!!“
“The 19th Hole is a complete hole-in-the wall! It's been here forever ya'll and it's tucked away behind Miyako and in the same location as the King's Inn Motel but is independent and not the "official" King's Inn motel bar. It's small inside, with the main room containing the bar, along with a handful of 4-top tables and TVs, and one additional room with a pool table and some other sporty things like a dart board. I would liken it to a dive bar; however, it is really clean! In fact it looks like it's been remodeled recently. And it's open till 2:00 AM. Back in the day, they allowed smoking inside, but I doubt they still do - although they *may*. Please call before you go to find out if smoking is allowed. Also, apparently, now they serve food (at least pizzas) , which wasn't the case when I would drop in here. They have daily drink specials ($3 bloody marys on Sundays) and karaoke. This is where you go for a house (call brand) high ball or a cold beer. Although they offer a full bar, I doubt they have a vast selection of craft beers or specialty cocktails (with smoked garnishes and unique ice cubes) like you would find at Sip or Catacomb. This is a local friendly bar with a small footprint. I'm sure after your first visit here, you will leave a friend and a regular!“
“Been coming here regularly for 6 years now, absolutely love the place but I wasn't the least bit pleased when the new hire goes "if you're done smoking in the bathroom, your little friends are waiting for you outside" as I was exiting the bathroom to leave. I didn't have a single cigarette on me, I don't even smoke anything so it was blatantly clear that she was accusing me of doing drugs in the bathroom. I also don't appreciate the condescending tone of referring to my fiance as my "little friend". Very unhappy about that, really hope she doesn't last long.“

“First timer! Came in for brunch during happy hour on a Saturday. Mimosas started at $1 and went to $3. I ordered of the brunch menu. I chose the Southwest Burrito- no substitutions; it was amazing. The location not easy to spot, but easily accessible. There is a parking garage directly behind the building. Once you've been you'll be wondering how you haven't been already ?“

“What an awesome place. Younger crowd but we didn’t hold that against them. Music was great. Beer was cold and the food was excellent. Had a great time and would definitely go back. HINT: Don’t give up - the alley really is the entrance!!“

“Hadn't been to Drakes before so decided to try it out around noon on a Saturday with my wife and two kids. Despite being pretty busy we were seated without a wait. Waitress was nice and took orders, drinks arrived pretty quickly. Ambiance was kind of a brighter sports bar but still family-friendly. Loud music and conversation but not obnoxiously so, lot of families present. On to the food. Let's be honest - the place is a little on the expensive side. Cup of chili for $6, salads start at $14 and go north of $18, all the burgers are $14+ with one side etc. That being said, I don't knock of stars for higher prices, you can check the menu before you show up and go elsewhere, but I do want to point it out.I ordered the Triple Double cheeseburger Sliders and was able to sub out the side for chili for $2, which I felt was a good deal. The burgers were well done but sliders are kinda to get anything else and they tasted good. To be fair, they didn't ask how I wanted them so that's just how they come. No complaints about the burgers besides the size. Chili seemed like it was made fresh and tasted really good. Scattering of beans, hamburger was diced very fine. Great flavor, not too hot or top greasy.Wife got the chopped Chicken Salad but opted to swap out chicken for salmon. She thought there was a bit too much dressing (order it on the side). She fel the salmon was cooked a little more then she asked for but was still good -- a good entree sized serving of salmon. Everything else in salad was great.Kids got mac-n-cheese and chicken strips. The chicken strips were grilled and they were probably the best kids chicken s trips I've tried. My daughter thought they were one of the better ones she'd tried as well. Mac-N-Cheese was good.$65 prior to gratuity for all that, two waters, 1 soda and a 23oz beer. Kinda high but they offered a military discount that was very generous. Came out to just over $51 after discount which I appreciated a lot.As long as you are OK paying for quality good, you won't be disappointed -- food here is great and service is good too.“

“How would you like to visit a pool hall that has the best tables in town? They have very nice Diamond tables here. Smoking is permitted away from all tables only. And, have you ever had real Mexican food in Huntsville, Alabama? There's only a limited amount of places that offer real Mexican food, you will find some of it here until midnight each day! It's such a hoot that you'll also regularly find the owner sitting along the back end of the bar, having a great ol' time, enjoying the fruits of his loom! I'm grateful to have found such a gem. Look out for the deals they have throughout the week including free pool; discounted beers, well drinks, and food. Plus, ladies night specials.“

“It was a pleasant surprise the bartender was friendly, the food is actually really good for the first time in the last three times I've eaten there. I was really impressed with the improvements they have made. If you haven't been there in a while I would recommend checking it out again. Right now while it's really missing is more customers. It was very slow in the restaurant is close to closing time.“

“The food was good and our server was great. I would have given 5 stars had the staff not seemed a little too eager to leave. Granted, we did go with just over an hour before closing time.A couple of things would have made the visit one worth 5 stars. First, don’t multiple people sweeping the floors in such a way that you have to walk around them to get to and from your table. This went on pretty much the whole hour we were there. More importantly, don’t close the only bathrooms in the restaurant 30 minutes before closing time so you can mop the floors.I hope this was just a case of a new restaurant working out the kinks and that they can be more hospitable. Again, everything we ordered came out in a timely manner. The food was very good, and our waitress did an excellent job.“
