I ordered a number four combo large with only cheese, ketchup and pickles, and I repeated myself four different times to the register operator. And he still didn’t hear the special request. And when I said it again, he goes back and tells us to prepare and the prepare Person said I’ve already made this and I’m not making it again. I’m allergic to onions and my burger had onions on it. Worst Customer Service ive ever experienced at a Jack's day after day. Drive to Jasper or Sumiton, it's worth the drive I promise.
Parrish Jacks is the only fast food service in our area but it is awful I don’t know why they let a homeless man live there he comes in when they open sits there all day he will lay his head down on the table and sleep that is t what you want to see while your eating, it’s nasty. When they close he goes to his truck and stays in it all. Ishtar in the parking lot never leaves. They can’t get orders right.
