I went in to purchase a choose 2 and treated extremely poorly. The guy with the pony tail and cashier after I made my order, threw the number on the counter as if I was an animal. This made me feel sad and unwanted because I felt like he did not want to service me due to my skin color. I have never experienced that here before so therefore I will just come at night when others like me are present. Even at Lakeshore this has never happened but I pray no one or myself never endures this again.

I could have gotten the same croissant breakfast sandwich at a mapco gas station worst breakfast ever I will not be ordering this again stick to what you know like lunch sandwiches you do a great job with lunch wish there were more locations to buy lunch in my area never again with the breakfast you offered and was the sandwich trey that was bought wish I could have given the food ZERO STARSYour staff did a great job they need a raise

I had the Memphian, it was very good and was modified just like I ordered it. It took a little longer to be ready then I expected (there wasn't anyone in front of or behind me) but I wasn't in a hurry, and I work in the industry so I know they're not back there doing nothing! They might have had some online orders to do. That's normally what I do, so I'm just not used to waiting. On this day I decided to order inside (vs. via the app like I do everywhere I go). The customer service was great, I wish I had gotten her name, the lady who helped me was really kind and patient with my very customized order, she even gave me a free *large* cup of water for the road. I travel through 2x a month, I'll definitely return to this location in the future.

Everytime i order from here they always leave out my cheese dip and everytime they have an excuse. The first time was that my cheese dip was in a whole separate bag and then this time it was that she knows she put it in there and that she packed the order. When obviously it isn’t in here. I was given a cup of jalapeños and no cheese when i asked for no jalapeños. I’m normally a very nice person but this place has always forgotten items and never want to fix it.

I often forget McAlister's is here, but my wife recently suggested it for lunch.I got the Reuben, and I have to say I think I liked it better than the other deli sandwich place nearby. There was a good amount of meat, but not too much. The bread was nice and soft--didn't stick to the roof of your mouth like when it's super soft. If it's not too windy out, there's a nice patio where you can eat. While it overlooks 31, it is set back so that you don't hear so much road noise. Nice staff was quick with order and very friendly.

I am disappointed in what McAlister's is becoming. They have been removing my favorite items from the menu. I stopped by today to get chili in a bread bowl, only to be told it was no more. The deli has no bread to serve with their chili? No more muffaletta either.I ordered a bowl of chili for dine in, and it was luke warm, at best. It didn't meet my need for a nice hot chili and bread on a cool rainy day.

Pick 2: sandwich and soup. The flavor was good but the pricing has increased tremendously. I believe it was close to $17 for this meal. Yikes! Drink isn't shown.
The lady taking our order had difficulty getting it straight and asked over several times before she got it. My wife ordered salad but asked that the chicken be left off, but it came with chicken anyway which she had to pick off.I odered a Spud. It was cold and didn't taste fresh. It tasted like it had been sitting out for a long time.This was the worst experience I've ever had at a McAlister Deli.

It was surprisingly busy add crowded when we came to lunch before noon on a Sunday. I wish the French Dip was 1/3 bigger, but dang, that au jus is TASTY.

Food is great. 4 stars because we pick up for work at least twice a week and sometimes the food isn't ready at the promised time and some of the time the order is wrong. But, not bad enough for us to avoid like we dome places around the area.
