I had the Memphian, it was very good and was modified just like I ordered it. It took a little longer to be ready then I expected (there wasn't anyone in front of or behind me) but I wasn't in a hurry, and I work in the industry so I know they're not back there doing nothing! I often forget McAlister's is here, but my wife recently suggested it for lunch.I got the Reuben, and I have to say I think I liked it better than the other deli sandwich place nearby. There was a good amount of meat, but not too much. The bread was nice and soft--didn't stick to the roof of your mouth like when it's super soft. If it's not too windy out, there's a nice patio where you can eat. While it overlooks 31, it is set back so that you don't hear so much road noise. Nice...read full review

The lady taking our order had difficulty getting it straight and asked over several times before she got it. My wife ordered salad but asked that the chicken be left off, but it came with chicken anyway which she had to pick off.I odered a Spud. It was cold and didn't taste fresh. It tasted like it had been sitting out for a long time.This was the worst experience I've ever had at a McAlister Deli.
