My pizza was made quickly, I ordered a stuffed crust and the product quality was good with the right amount of sauce, cheese, and toppings. Service was fast and very friendly.

I had issues with one order, manager gave me a credit to place a new one just for me to have the same issues with the second. Nothing against the employees, I’m sure they’re nice people but this location hasn’t provided efficient customer service. Based on my experience I wouldn’t recommend this location to anyone.

Called in an order. Verified location. Told pick up would be 20-25 min. Got there. And they said they had not received my order. But this was all by phone. I will not use by phone ever again.I will add whoever the manager is at the pelham store. He was a rockstar. He was very apologetic. And re took my order and jumped on it himself. And we were in and out. Pretty quick. Wish there was a way to give the in side store operations a grade. He would get a 5* and was the only reason they don't get a 1* across the board.

We ordered the Shaq A Roni 11/29/23. The tv ads worked and we were enticed. All PapaJohns did was slice the pepperoni paper thin to make it look like more pepperoni. Fool me once shame on you. You won’t fool me twice

Pizza has a great flavor. Customer service was satisfactory. Never order a Hawaiian pizza it’s a rip off maybe 15 pieces of pineapple and maybe 10 pieces of Canadian ham cheese, and bread and sauce not worth the cost.
I am still waiting for my delivery. It has been over two hours.

I ordered the New York deep dish pizza with pepperoni, but it was more like a thin crust pizza. The pepperoni was sliced so thin that I couldn't taste them.I just hope the cashier entered my order incorrectly, and they gave me something differently than what I ordered.

The food was good but the service was terrible. I placed my order in advance and when I arrived the person that checked me out was not very personable. I can overlook that part, when I asked if they had a bag they could place my order in they attempted to give me the bag. I don't work at Papa John's and shouldn't be expected to do something that should have already been done by the employee. Customer service and attitude is everything when serving the public.

This is by far the worst Papa John’s location there is. The pizza was horrible and not to mention it’s the same pizza that I always order! I have even tried it at this location prior to today with no issues but today it was DISGUSTING. It was completely undercooked and oily. However, I’m not sure what was worse, the pizza or the manager Alexis attitude when I contacted the location regarding my dissatisfaction. Instead of trying to rectify the issue at hand she had the audacity to say “well the next time you order from here just order it well done that way if we see that we can push it back in the oven instead of letting it get by us not completely cooked like this time.” She then proceeded to say “we just got busy and didn’t have time to see that it was not completely done before sending it out for delivery.” Like seriously? I was not asking for a refund…I just wanted the error corrected. Needless, to say I WILL NOT order from this location again! Oh, I only gave it one star in order to post this review.
