I ordered the #4 brisket meal. There was a hardish bun, 1 piece of meat and three strips of bacon a dollop of BBQ sauce,and a sketchy looking piece cheese probably won't go back. It looked so good on the menu and the commercials I was so disappointed ?

One of the dirtiest stores I've ever been in! Tables were sticky & floors were disgusting. They had just opened...no excuses :(
Worst experience at any Arbys ever. We have a bad habit of not looking in the bag until we're home... won't make that mistake again. They gave us a regular lemonade instead of strawberry, argued with us about the size being a large even though on the RECEIPT it said large! And then, to top it off, this is the amount of fries they put in the bag... they didn't fill the cup up. They barely put any in there. $24 for horrible service and not the amount of food that it should be. Will NEVER go to this Arbys again.

I've always liked Arby's, but recently, when I went inside to order, my husband was asked why would anyone like a ruben sandwich. I overheard the conversation, but much to my dismay when it was finally received, I could understand why nobody there liked it. It was served cold with hardly any sauercraut and little meat. Please improve. ?
