This sonic is HORRIBLE. They are either out of something or you will be waiting forever for anything. I placed a mobile order thinking it would be faster WRONG! I wanted to cancel it but it doesn’t give that option on the app. I waited for 50 minutes on a mobile order for 2 milkshakes and a French toast. I truly felt bad for the nice brown skin woman who works there. After a while she came to us to let us know she was sorry about it. The franchise owner needs to make sure they have a full staff and if they can’t find other people… CLOSE IT DOWN

Waited an hour to get food that we placed online prior to arriving. Got half the food and waited an additional half hour to receive the food. Not even an apology. Workers would not speak though being spoke politely to. Absolutely the worst experience even for a fast food restaurant and that’s saying something.

I placed a Doordash order with this Sonic...Of course with Doordash the prices were jacked up as expected ($10ish for a kids meal) and spent $89. I waited 38 minutes just to have my order canceled because they couldn't fulfill the order. Why did it take them 38 minutes to realize they didn't have these basic items to fulfill my order? I tried to call the store because I previously had a Doordash order cancel and when I called the store, they said they weren't sure if someone accidently canceled and told me to put it through again resolving my order...but the number for this sonic is disconnected. Now it's 38 minutes later and I don't have a meal for my family and on top of that, it will take me 3-5 days to get my $89 back. I'm glad it wasn't my last $89.

There has been a staffing shortage since opening. I don’t recommend coming here because of the long wait. The employees are nice but upper management seems to have a problem.

Please do not waste your hard earn money at this establishment. People pay for good food and get poor service and food is horrible.I visited this location knowing I could have cooked instead. But since I was feeling sick and too tired to cook, I took a risky chance going there. I always get disappointed and tonight took the cake.I specifically requested freshly dropped fries and got soggy hot fries was a total mess. Like I wouldn’t notice.This place needs to get rid of the staff that works there and get quality workers who desire to provide good service and fresh food.Then the young teenager or early 20s black female had the audacity to call me lil gurl and laughed in my face. Thank God I am saved and got a lot to lose bc tonight could have had a different ending.Once again do not bring your money and appetite to this location.I already contacted corporate too!
